    Avoid LSO Jeweler. Bad service, rude and inexperienced. Got a battery replaced in my high end watch, which they charged $32. The battery lasted 3 months and died. I took it back and right off the back, the owner defensively told me that its not the battery. Told me that most likely theres nothing wrong with the battery and that I would need to have the watch overhauled and it will cost me. To leave it there to be looked at again. At this time, I had brought in a simple watch to have the battery replaced. She gave it back to me and said she cant replace it because she cant open it. It was apparent that she was put out that brought back the other watch. If this attitude was in response to the displeasure of a customer complaining about something that wasnt fixed properly, then, shame on you! If it wasnt, then, obviously they are inexperienced if they cant open a simple watch to replace the battery. Seeing how she handled this situation, I had reservation about leaving my expensive watch there for them to examine and I took my watch back. This merchant showed rude service to their customer and also showed that they are inexperienced if they couldnt open a simple watch to change out the battery. I took my watch to another jeweler and they replaced the battery and it works perfectlyso, it turned out they were using old batteries. The watch they couldnt open, the other jeweler opened without any issues and replaced the battery. Either way, stay away from this merchant because this bad attitude, and rudeness came from the owner. This is the tone she sets for her business. Theres too many good businesses out there that treat their customers fairly, and respectfully, no need to give your hard earned money to a dishonest, rude merchant who is inexperienced at the most basic task.

    *************************, left her Ladies ******************** for a new battery, gasket and the removal of two links on Thursday, July 27th, 2023. On Friday July 28th, 2023 ************************* picked up the completed job, left happily.

    On Monday November 20th, 2023, ************************* came in abruptly saying that her watch was not working and she replaced the battery not that long ago. Trying to speak with her to tell her our warranty process, she would cut me off and demand that we used old batteries and it is not her watch. I then kept telling her our warranty process, which was to take the watch back in to the watch maker to open the watch and check the battery. We told her if the battery was indeed the issue, we would replace it free of charge. We then told her if we found any other issues with the watch we could give her an estimate, in which her response was she was not interested in that and we need to fix the problem.

    I wrote up her repair for the Baume ******* and she then handed over to me two fashion watches to replace batteries. I was able to replace one watch battery, but for the other watch I did not have the correct tool to open the watch. I offered to take the watch in for the watch maker to open and replace the battery since we were going to look at her Baume *******. She said no, and snatched the watch out of my hand. Then she asked about other jewelry repairs, which she did not have with her. I told her I would need to see the jewelry in order to quote her properly.

    She paid $3 for her battery and then suggested to take her Baume ******* back. So we were not able to inspect the watch and she left. Now On December 1st she has slandered my business with negative reviews on yelp, ******* and now with you. 

    This is not right. We provide top of the line service, but we cannot fulfill that if the customer is not willing, but we also do not deserve a negative write up when we offered specific services and the customer declined.

    I also want to add, as soon as I received these poor reviews, I researched my account to see who was unhappy, since ************************* didn't use her actual name on her reviews and I reached out to her via phone call to address the situation. In which she was yelling and speaking over me and then hung up on me. Which was on Monday December 4th, 2023.
