      On 11/02/22 we signed a contract to have custom cabinets, doors and flooring installed with ***************************** the business owner. We gave a deposit of $11,000 which was more than 50% of the total cost of the job the balance of $7,629.05 to be paid upon completion of the job on 12/02/22. On 11/30/22 ****************** had some guys working on the floor installation, when the main floor guy told my wife that the way ****************** had him installing the floor was wrong and will eventually crack and break. My wife ************************* called ****************** and told him she wanted the floors installed the right way. ****************** hung up on her and stormed back into my home and told his guys not to talk to my wife and told my wife not to talk to his guys. As my wife tried to explain to ****************** that she wanted the floor installed the proper way he flipped out and told his guy (if the misses wants the f****** floor installed that way then install the f****** floors for free). My wife in turn told ****************** to please leave the house for now till I get home, since I was at work. She felt threated by his tone of voice and her being alone with 3 men made her feel uncomfortable. So ****************** had started our cabinets which he left us with no running water in our kitchen for over 4.5 weeks, no cabinets, a toilet in a tub in the spare bathroom (which we had to pay to have reinstalled) He installed part of the cabinets and they are falling apart, have scratches and are not built properly. When he dropped them of on 11/25/22 I mentioned the scratches, discoloration, not even cabinets and the peeling. He stated that it's not the finished product. So, I let him do his thing. ****************** has not returned to finish the installation of the cabinets. The floors had to be ripped out and redone by another flooring person, the so-called custom cabinets he built no one wants to touch. We have had 5 different companies and they all want nothing to do with it. We have tried to have ****************** finishes the job but he wants the balance before he completes the cabinets. We would like this situation handled. either he can have someone come and install the cabinets the proper way or he can simply refund us the price of the cabinets which is $ *****.

      Unfortunately, this costumer has been a table maker since the beginning. Starting on day 1 cabinet installation, even without finishing it, the complains started, but he never fulfill our agreement to provide the sink in order to have granite templet done. I explain that I just had started work and would have to do a lot more before asking for the balance payment.  After that, comes the floor, witch the home owner said he would remove carpet and foam to save money, and when we get there to start work, he had removed carpet from one room, leaving 2 rooms to be removed, and when I said I would charge for it, he told me he never heard that some one would charge for remove existent floor. I had  explained that in the bedrooms, after remove the carpet end foam, there would be a difference in level, because he had tile all over the house, but not in the bedrooms. The installer would use a transition molding, with back in the days before we sign contract he understood, but latter the lady did not like it, and started to ask for extra work (level bedroom floor with tile), so when I told her, that I would have to charge for the extra work, she start talking that I had promised this and that, witch I never did, and after a lot, I told the installer to DO THE *REAKING LEVEL, so we could get that done. I never disrespected as they say I did, never used the * word, and then, she said GET THE * OUT O* MY HOUSE. (Lady came to my office days latter, and told me that she understood wrongly and apologized). Without understanding I called the installer out side and ask him to clean, get the tools and leave. I was treated like a dog, expelled from the house, not asked to leave for now, as they say. There was no threatening from my part at all.
      They never said about the extra work I did, picking up the floor material at the store without charges, and the metal trim I used to do a better finish on the tile work without charges, and the toilet on guest bath that I would remove and re install without charges. That I did not get for free. Maybe that wasnt important at all. I know other companies would not do that at all. She should have  better thought before expelling from the house, because I am not a dog, that goes back wagging the tail as nothing happened before.
      So I remove from the invoice the work they did not wanted me to do, floor and base boards, and the balance from original invoice came to $1,450.00, witch I asked to receive in advance, because I am confident that they wont pay me at the end. Once they refused, I offer to deliver the materials without receiving the final balance, and they once again refuse to accept it, telling me that, no one would be home to receive the material. They refused to receive the material to complete the work, they dont want to pay the balance in advance so I can go back to finish work, I dont have another option for it. After all the text messages and emails threatening me, I decided to not go back, he can have all the materials to finish the kitchen work without having to pay nothing else.

        In response to ********************* statement I will be addressing each aspect individually broken down.
      In regard to the sink it was backordered by 2 weeks we were supposed to receive the sink 11/24/2002 the day prior to Thanksgiving. We received the sink the day after as we all know mail around the holidays is often delayed.
      It was here upon the day ***** scheduled to come which was the 26th. But he didn't install on that date regardless only the wood box.
      In response to him stating we constantly complained that day my husband asked him about several areas on the cabinets chipped* cracked and peeling. This was asked to avoid later problems. He got very upset and said do not ask me anything until l the job is complete.
      Well* this is our home and we felt that if we didn't ask now* it would be a potential issue later. Will forward all photos from those dates of chipped and crooked cabinets.
      In response to floor/ carpet
      We originally were going to have the gentleman install our floor who did our bathroom and is very knowledgeable* he explained that being we had carpet in bedrooms it wouldn't be level and we would either need to float the floors with concrete to level or use a padding.
      ***************** insisted it would be level as he did the same in his home and showed us photos.  The cost wasn't an issue* as long as it was done right. Will also attach photos.
      Many of his workers came in and out and never once did he tell us it to talk to them. The morning the floor was to be installed he asked me to please not talk to the floor gentleman* although I found this strange* I left and did as asked. As we always are giving water* lunches etc and making sure all were happy .
      I came home at about 2 pm to give my dog water and make sure he was ok and the floor gentlemen said Mrs * may I show you something. 
      So of course* I said yes* he showed me almost a 2inch drop onto the floor in bedrooms and stated that he subcontracts for ********** and floor and decor as well as has his own entity. He stated that he will show me all size thresholds he had personally had in his truck* and that if we leave it like this it will crack or warp within a few months.
      I called ***************** he became extremely angry and instead of addressing the floors said* what did I tell you ... not to discuss anything with my floor guys.  Well* I clearly* I know why now as **** from Marvell Flooring told me he explained the issue before they started that morning. ******************* up on me and called the man's phone and the man continued to shake his head while on the phone. Within 15 minutes ***** stormed in my home where 3 men now were* he was yelling and extremely angry. This is not the man I hired as all I kept saying to myself.
      He looked at me and started yelling and said what do you freaking want me to do* more and more. Which I soon to find out is a pattern.
      I have several people that I can forward info on people that he's done this to as I posted this on a local page. I knew I could not be the only one.
      In turn he looks at the guy and says the lady wants this for F free do the freaking thing for free. At this point as angry as he was and him screaming and yelling which he states was to his contractor now* I felt extremely uncomfortable with all these men and my husband not home. I asked him to please leave for now. He stormed out and left as well as told the men to leave.
      The man **** left and within 20 minutes came back with his card and written quotes / numbers which I can forward and asked me for a hug because he felt so bad for me. He said once ***** told him not to complete the job* he was ok offering to do it himself.
      I declined.
      ****************** did nothing for free* in fact everything he had done was not by code compliance and he used contractors that were not licensed including an electrician etc. Will also forward that if needed. All work had to be removed and redone.
      The drywall work wasn't complete as he didn't put 2x4 wood to help support the frame for granite to be installed and in response to the sink not being here as well either way he gave us the wrong size to order* and we had to ************ out because we had no water for 7 weeks as opposed to his 1 week as promised.
      I went to his office to try and resolve this as he has a lot of our money. When there he stated he knew I was recording which makes it all the easier for me as it's admissible in court. He stated when I was there* he did tell me floors would be flush (will attach photos of what he considers flush.
      At this point the contract was already breached 2 weeks prior 12/2/22 job was to be complete either way.
      He offered to keep $11*000 dollars and drop doors* draws and hardware on driveway which number one we were going to be away* and he knew that* so I declined* and second once we accept them it as is (could be scratched like the so-called custom cabinets he installed. The wood box we have in our home is all that's there. No hinges* hardware* draws* doors or filler. The cabinets for God sake do not even reach the floor on certain areas.
      We have had over 12 companies here to get estimates and not one will touch this job. In turn Thanksgiving and Christmas* we ate on a wood counter standing up as ****************** insisted* we rent a pod* another expense and have had no furniture inside.
      My husband tried messaging several times* where he tried to put us in a position to pay him another $1*450 dollars (balance) for the job via Zelle only as if he didn't complete* we would be out another $1*450 dollars* this also was not part of the contract which he breached. Contract states 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
      He was so hard to reason with that we even offered to do a new contract to finish cabinets and put we would pay upon completion and get a notarized letter* he refused* at this point we knew he had a lot of our money and we offered to meet halfway $725 now and the rest upon completion. Nothing made this man reason with us at all.
      One day my husband was going to start installing the old cabinets in garage which were all on our patio and came to find out he stole our appliances which is on video* and I have filed grand larceny charges against him with the **************** Police Department.
      At that point yes per ***** my husband did message him.
      When getting floors that we purchased redone they found wet putty water bottles and ********** sticks shoved in my floor ***** dug up for electric and I personally saw him patching.
      The floating floor (supposed to be floating was liquid nailed and half was cracked will also provide photos from floor contractor.
      We aren't the first one and won't be the last if he continues with his license ripping people off and getting away with it.
      I had tried every angle for him to complete the job with no reasoning.
      I will provide photos and I thank you for your time. I can also provide any other names you need of people he has done this to prior.
      Maybe he can provide you with permits and license info for electrical work but highly doubtful as no permits were pulled and electrician is not even licensed.

      > This costumer has tried as hard as they can to harm me and my company. They have changed the story a lot, more like creating different ones. Even in here, first they said I told one think( if the misses wants the * floor installed That way then install the * floors for free) never said that. After she said I told to the floor guy ( the lady wants this * free to freaking thing for free) whatever
      > She even went to Police and told the most ridiculous story, that I have stolen her old and disgusting dishwasher, that her husband empty in order to get removed from old cabinets, and was sitting out side all day long,
      > Till I put in my truck to disposal as she knew I was going to do, because she said to me that she did not want to have a dishwasher in the kitchen, once she does not uses, but I talk her to keep the space and use a wine cooler instead, just in case she want to sell the house and the new owner would like to have a dishwasher later.
      > She told to the Police officer, that I went to her house supposedly when they were in vacation out of the country, but in her words here, she said that I did not install her sink on the 26th, how they knew that if they were not  home???
      > So, she told  to the Police, that I get in her house, stole a dishwasher didnt do some of the work, but did some,  but never said that I broke in her house, to do those things, lies, lies and more lies. They have a ring door camera that will show that she opens the door for me on the Nov 25th the day that actually I was in her house not the 26th, and show the lie that they were not in vacation as well.
      > Because next time they can create another story just to harm me, I will not going back, even after tried to get this straight up with them offering different options.

      I am rejecting this response because: First the police department record states the 25th of November. The day after Thanksgiving. Second you were told to leave the sink, dishwasher, faucet outside till My wife made a decision, because she was planning on installing it in the garage or giving it to her friend. You just aren't man enough to admit that you did a messed-up job. That you pulled no permits to do electrical work, why not tell the BBB that you dont even have a contractor's license. So, you basically did work without a license. For the record the police department saw the video. Weather you can be man enough to admit you messed up, were rude to a woman is your own problem. When I had another cabinet company call to pick up the rest of the materials, you clearly didn't tell him the first time that you wanted $1,450 for the materials. You told him the next day, but yet I have a message from you stating that we owe you no money/ Nothing. The police again saw that message. So, with that being said be a man and be honest for once. How many people have you done this to in the past? You shouldn't be allowed to earn a slice of bread the way you do people. Simply you are a Thief. We shall see when we go to court. But people like you should be treated the way you really are a fake, thief and liar. All proof was shown to the police. Even they laughed at your work. On top of all your trash work, we have to break down the wall where you ran the electrical wire so a city inspector can take a look and I have to pull a permit. What I should have done was throw you out on the 25th when you put up scratched, damaged cabinets, all wrong measurements that aren't even leveled. Why dont you tell the BBB about the people you did this too? everything my wife and I have said has been verified... By the police department and Attorneys.
