  I have documents of the invoices that can paint the picture, on those invoices shows exactly how much was paid with how much, when and type. invoice ******** on 3/18/22 was for my camera inspection paid $989.00, invoice ******** on 4/4/22 was for **** hammering my floors and replacing a pipe under the house that they said was the problem for my flood paid ******** . during this time i was living outside of the home due to mold and water mitigation and having an unlivable situation for my family. After getting a clean bill of health from pipe surgeons i started rebuilding my home back with my own money since my insurance did not cover plumbing back **** after installation of my floors we were finally able to start moving back into our home. After living in the home about 6 weeks 2 more floods occurred from same location so I called pipe surgeon invoice ******** date 11/11/22 paid $129.00 came out and saw back up yet again which is what was supped to have been fixed months prior. They said they couldn't see because of the blockage so recommended jetting the pipes. the next day my home flooded really bad and i needed to call another plumber to unclog it which was freedom air and plumbing invoice 11/12/22 $468.87. I received an estimate for the pipe cleaning but was told over the phone by the owner that if in fact the job was not fixed that i would not owe them anything. last piece which is the most upsetting to me is invoice ******** 11/22/22 $2,200.00 not paid! I refuse! this was supposed to be a jetting service that was not needed after the other plumber unclogged my pipe. I was unaware of this service since i was not home and was unaware that i was being charged. I have already paid for a camera inspection with the 1st invoice and are charging again but let me be clear this bill came after i spoke with the owner who said he was going to get more information from his guys.I added invoice #***** that shows *************** notes about pipes not being fixed.
