Neighbor hired Pools by Greg to complete their pool project. Upon finish they did not grade the neighbors yard to pre construction levels causing their new grass to be completely covering the bottom horizontal board of our fence and causing massive pooling of water because it doesn't allow for proper drainage. Have contacted the company several time and they state they are aware but have done nothing for over a month and when asked say they do not have a date when they can repair or come out. We paid a lot of money to have our yard graded and fence put in and their was absolutely no problems before Pools By Greg began their construction.Business response

Pools by Greg would like respond to the complaint made by the neighbor of one of our customers. Pools by Greg had returned to the site and found that the sod layers put sod on top of existing grass and thus the top of the sod was a few inches above the base fence line. The matter was corrected prior to the date of this complaint. Pools by Greg returned to the site the first week of February to confirm the repair was effective and found that the adjustment had been effective and still is.
Pools by Greg is very responsive to our customers and very sensitive to the impact we might have on neighboring properties in the course of building pools and patios. Pools by Greg has been in business for over 40 years.

This customer is complaining about faint cracks in the concrete deck. The deck was formed over 2 years ago. Pools by Greg has a one year warrantee on patio workmanship because in *******, depending on what soil and what humidity a concrete pour has been done, minor cracking is inevitable. Pools by Greg is usually very generous about supporting our warranty but there has to be a history. Pools by Greg has offered to come out to check on this even though there is no history:
"I spoke with ************ Friday and then today after I spoke with the owner. There is now a work order open to address the cracks. I told ************ that we have a work order open but that I could not give him a hard date. His only requirement is that **** or someone call him when we think we can get him on the schedule so that he can be sure to be there."
This was in April; our last recorded communication with *************
