On 10/21/2022 I placed an order with Karma Collars on their karmacollars.com website. I purchased $655 of merchandise, including two dog collars, two leashes, two wrist bracelets, and a matching belt. At the time Karma was cutting my order, they contacted me and asked me to verify the bracelet sizing. They did not ask me to verify the belt size.I waited for 5 weeks and 6 days to receive my shipment. I was so, so excited to get it. To my dismay when I opened it I learned the belt I had ordered to fit my Size 32 Waist was made for a child with an ACTUAL 32 inch waist, and not sized for an adult with a Size 32 inch waist. Apparently they had hidden away their "belt sizing instructions" at the bottom of a webpage about dog collar sizing. They did not clearly state on the belt page that belts are not sized like the average belt you buy at the store. I can buy a size 32 belt anywhere and it will fit me. But Karma apparently does not make belts that way, but I had no way to know that.I contacted Karma about the problem, and I was told because they make "custom" items with lots of labor they would not help me or do an exchange. They hid behind the poorly placed "sizing instructions" and pretended I should have known better. I was told they have a "No returns" policy. All I wanted was to be a happy customer and to get an item that fits me. They could have made it clear on the belt page that sizing is NOT PANTS SIZING. They also could have clarified with me when they contacted at the time of cutting the leather. I had no idea this even could be a problem. They should have known it could be and had the ability to prevent this from happening.I am very sad Karma has forced me to complain to the BBB about their customer service.
