They are they best in town. Mr freckles loves going there. He loves the stuff so much.. they alway keep me updated about him and answer any questions I have.. I want to thank. Angie,Kathy,Amy and Chloe for taking sure good care of him.. you are are the greatest.

I have been bringing my fur kids to All American Pet Resorts Punta Gorda for at least 8 years now. They absolutely LOVE it there! They attend daycare once a week and whenever my hsuband and I go out of town and can't bring our pups we know they are in perfect hands with AAPR. It is their home away from home...all I have to do is mentioned if they are ready to go to AAPR and the tails wag, they get the wiggle butts and do their little happy dance! :-) Then they literally "pull" me into the building because they are so excited to get there! LOL From playtime to cuddle time to swim time...my pups love going there! The staff is always friendly, compassionate and go above and beyond in working with me on scheduling daycare and boarding. They are definitely "dog people" who love what they do and it shows. I can't say enough awesome things about this place. ***, *****, ***** and the whole gang are absolutely terrific. Wish I could give 10 stars on here!

We were called out of town for a family emergency and we knew other Freind’s that loved your facility so we boarded our fury kids with you upon our return we found both kids playing and enjoying the new Freind’s in the play yard the staff were amazing we would recommend all American pet resorts to any and all who have a need to board thank you

Never take my dog, family member there again. The service has drastically declined and the staff is no good. They rarely answer calls and Have absolutely NO control over dogs at play time. They also REFUSE to let you see the kennels I gave them 1 star because 0 star was not an option. Thank goodness *********** came to town! My boys new babysitter. BTW I have a goldendoodle and is sweet as can be.

We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with us. We agree that your boy is very sweet. However, my staff that you are referring to have been here for over 8 years and our policies have always been the same for 15 years. We are a franchise and we abide by our brand standards. We take our Group Plays very seriously as we do not ever want your dog or any other dog to be injured. Therefore, we have to remove any dog that *** be causing any issues that could cause himself to get hurt. Since your dog was constantly ******* the other guests, it is our duty to remove him to keep him from getting injured by a dog that *** retaliate. We are never to use hoses on a dog as you suggested as that would be very cruel and unprofessional. We have discussed all of the with you in the past and have come up with other solutions for him to enjoy is resort stay. The parents of the dogs that your dog was ******* are not happy to see their dog being humped either. As you are aware over the last few years that you have been coming here, our "kennels" can be seen from our lobby and by our camera app. We are a very busy resort, but our phones are always answered unless we are on the other line or with a client checking in/out with our full attention. Voicemails are always returned same day. The one day that you are referring to was when our internet was out and we returned all voicemails from our personal cell phones. We are sorry again that your boy will not be back to see **. Please give him a kiss from all of **. We will miss him!
