            Rick Anderson built my house and took 5 months longer than the projected project end date. He did not contact me for 6 months after signing the construction contract after repeatedly reaching out to him until legal action was pursued. He completed construction in April and promptly sent me an invoice after my loan was already closed for $11,245.00 for upgrades and construction costs that were not all agreed upon nor spoken about. No change orders were filed with my mortgage company and is now placing a lien upon my home for said charges so I cannot move in until he receives money from me. I was never made aware of or agreed upon construction going above the contracted price we agreed on. Rick installed gutters on my home to pass certain inspections then promptly removed them once the inspection passed. After many months of frustration and lies from Rick I still am unable to occupy the home I have waited over a year for due to his incompetence and inadequate understanding of our original contract. Now I will have to pursue legal counsel for what is rightfully mine.
