The reservation was made on 02/17/2024, for a stay of 04/20 to 4/22/24. Tried to make a change of dates on 4/18/24 because my daughter had *****. Got shuffled from one site to another and never was able to get any resolution. This was a gift to my daughter, that wouldnt give me any info. Because the reservation was put in my daughters name, but I paid for it. They wouldnt give my daughter any info. She didnt pay for it. I went to the resort to try and get some resolution the only reservation they had was someone with the same name as my daughter but they were from ********* my daughter lives in *********,**** the credit card they had on file for that reservation was not my credit card. Apparently the right hand at Sunseekers doesnt know what the left hand is doing. I was never offered any kind of compensation so now I just want my money back.Business response

Sunseeker's Guest Relations Team attempted to reach the complainant via phone on Tuesday and Wednesday, 5/21 and 22. An email was sent on Thursday, 5/23. No responses as of this update. Thank you.
