      Heritage/Time Insurance Company is denying hurricane damage to my condo ***************************************************************************************. A claim was filed with the company due to damage from Hurricane IAN.The Company has refused to initiate ********** Services, as well.Several known damages include but are not limited to:Damaged Flooring by water;Seized up lock and front door damage;Patio Door Damage-Bent tracking, unknown if glass seal is damaged; Slider has not been opened due to fear of glass panels falling out of tracking, etc.Possible water intrusion/mold from neighboring units with extensive damage;Air Conditioner Damage resulting in high humidity levels;*********** wood-possible rotting due to high humidity levels;Unknown Damage to appliances, etc.Their Field Adjuster completed a walkthrough which included several damages including but not limited to 1) damaged flooring - he measured rooms stating all wood flooring would need replaced, 2) Damaged Sliding Patio door - tracking is bent, unknown if glass seal is damaged, unwilling to open slider for fear of window falling out of track, 3) Front door/lock damage - lock is seized up. The *********************** is not allowed to provide me with the report, but Field Adjuster reiterates multiple hurricane damages in phone calls.Air Quality Adjuster report was poorly completed by a third party from ******* ********. Walkthrough and/or report included but not limited to: 1)high humidity levels/Air Conditioner Damage, 2)signs of mold near A/C unit, 3) *********** wood. Desk Adjuster has denied the claim is hurricane damage. ************* has refused Lack of Usage, etc.FIELD ADJUSTER HAS REITERATED DEFINITE HURRICANE DAMAGE AND DOES NOT UNDERSTAND WHY DESK ADJUSTER'S OFFICE IS DENYING THE CLAIM.It is unknown if Hurricane ****** caused additional damage due to lack of ********* Services/********** measures being put into place after multiple requests.Please assist. Thank you.

      We are just the agent of record on this policy and her complaints seem to be with the adjusting company working on the carrier's behalf.  Please advise if isn't the case and I would be happy to research this further.

      We are just the agency on this policy not the carrier.  I will place a call into the carrier, but they be responsible to make any claim payments.
