I purchased a jet ski from this dealership on 05/03/2023 and ordered a Volt GPS tracker system with a cost of $899.00. I contacted this company two weeks prior to cancel the contract due to not receiving the device and was told its non refundable and that I am unable to cancel. The finance manager told me to be patient that I would receive it. It is now 06/28/2023 and I contacted the dealership on 06/26/2023 and asked to speak to the same finance manager who was busy and stated he would call me back. As of today, I have yet to have any device that I paid $899.00 for or a call back from this dealer. I would like this contract canceled and the funds refunded to the finance company. According to this contract, this is null and void at this point anyways. This has to be activated and registered within 30 days of purchase which has come and gone. I dont care if youre busy or not, make the time to respond back to your customers.Initial Complaint

Date of purchase: 2/2/2023 Amount finance total: $4,367.80 Total sale amount: $4,867 Down payment: $500 Battery program: $189 Kawasaki Protection Plus: $396 The manager dealt with: ********************* I was given incorrect information about how the warranty works and how it was explained to me. Any modifications have to be approved by Kawasaki to not voice their warranty and we were misinformed. We told him the bike was going to be used for trails, racing/competition driving and he suggested the battery warranty program which is all completely voided and irrelevant because of those types of activity that were specifically told him we were using the bike for. The manager advised us about a battery warranty program that would not cover our vehicle based on how we explained we wanted to use it. Numbers on the finance document were inaccurate - error on retail installment contract and security agreement states service contract that I paid $396 for is for 0 months and neglects to include the ************ battery program. There is no reference on this agreement to the paid battery warranty (page 3 of 6). The retail installment contract and security agreement seems to have multiple errors on it - page 2 cost of $189 to Bolt On which should of been payable to the battery program ************ and on page 3 there is no reference to the other service contract for the battery. Also, no paperwork for Kawasaki protection plus minus the actual bill for service (no terms and conditions)Business response

I am rejecting this response because:Was there on Friday and was harassed about wanting to cancel the warranty. Was told that the warranty was cancelled and apparently was not. Not only that but was failed to be told this battery warranty was separate and needs to be cancelled separate my our attorney. Either they dont read there own contracts or they dont disclose any information to you. Either way, they leave our a lot of details.

I am rejecting this response because:Customer cancelled the warranty and received no paperwork when he left. Also after having further read the second contract for the battery warranty was told that was a separate warranty that needed to be cancelled, which was not told during the cancellation of the extended warranty. In addition to not disclosing that there would be a cancellation fee for cancelling the warranty. Upon leaving that day paperwork was not given for cancellation and was in fact told by the manager that my fianc was not allowed in the office with me as my witness and that he suggested I just tell her that I did cancel it, however such evidence was recorded via cellphone of him saying this. Also has been over a week and have not received the refund for our warranty nor the paperwork to confirm it was cancelled.

Cancellation was completed the day of and the refund goes to the lienholder, as is that is required by the company that owns the bike. The contracts state the cancellations rules on the original contract when they purchased and signed the contract.
