They misled me on the deal to buy a car and confused me about how this would be done .

Literal bate and switch. They had a car listed on Edmunds for $11k and proceeded to send me an official quote for $22k (which included $ for a trade in..) This should be illegal.

I never thought Id be the one posting a review this bad. I bought my car at the end of September, Im officially 2 month and 6 days with my new vehicle. My experience was so bad my conscious wouldnt allow me to not say something. I know its too late for me but maybe itll save someone else thousands of dollars! I dont even want to throw names out there because the amount of negligence that happened with my vehicle and service would most likely get someone fired.I dont believe the gettel advantage I got was the norm but my gettel advantage was a $3000 waste. The dealer had my car for two weeks. I drove from ******* twice and time everything smelled right like things were clean but it was really a bandaid. As you can see from the photos it wasnt I shouldve saved the photo of my cabin filter it had squirrel ***** on it. Which it should due to the gettel advantage air cabin spray. After I asked one of the managers to comp me for getting my car detailed, even though it was supposed to be detailed when I got it back he said yes and has now ghosted me. So more money out of pocket to get service I already paid for.Truth be told unless youre buying a brand new less than ****** mile car off the lot and negotiate to not get the ghetto advantage. Its not worth buying from here. If you dont mind throwing away some money, feel free to shop here youll enjoy the experience. I can not recommend this company to anyone I know based off of the service, ignorance and attitude I got.

Reached out to this dealer based upon an advertisement on a used car online. Made a fair offer based off market value versus true value which would have been much lower for a 9 year old car. They were still requesting 70% off the original MSRP from 2015. Mind you the ****s are being released as its June. They didnt approve offer which is their right.In researching their dealer I found several suspect and extraneous fees to goose sale price which consumers should be aware. This is not limited to Dealer Handling/Prep Fee (thousand bucks) , electronic tag fee (400), reconditioning fee (up to ****). This is without addendum or other add-ons like paint protection etc. Their advertised price also warns that a **** fee is in place for financing and another **** for trade in. An educated consumer would not that ballooned the advertised price another **** over the 70% residual from original MSRP in 2015. Its not hard to see why the average consumer is upside down by thousands even before leaving lot. Consumer protection laws are said to be being updated under new and used car sales. This is why . simply why not be honest, transparent and FAIR.
