This is a scam broker for Ohio puppy mills. They are very secretive about their breeders. They refuse to disclose how many different breeds the individual breeders process. If you beg for information, they will only supply the infrequent inspection report that says they "passed." The inspections are scheduled in advance which gives any breeder time to clean facilities and "update" records. No other information is available anywhere. I reserved a tiny breed puppy to be picked up at 12 weeks of age, as I was told they won't release puppies under 2 lbs. When I arrived to pick up the puppy, it looked very unhealthy. It did not have enough energy to play or even walk when placed on the ground. She trembled constantly. Her coat was dull and matted. They proceeded with the sale ($3700 total after adding the mandatory extra fees) by explaining she required a special diet with syringe feeding every 2 hrs including during the night. None of this had been disclosed earlier. They didn't know her weight when I asked. Put on the scale she was 1lb 11oz. When I complained to manager this was a sick puppy, he came out & he realized I was right, so he became very rude and defensive and turned it around on me saying, "you refuse to follow the care regimen," so he could no longer sell the puppy to me. I had refused no such thing. In fact, I assured him I could do the feeding but puppy was too sick to sell. The optional extra fees can add another $1000 if you don't deselect them when reserving puppy. The vet visit, microchip & dog food are a mandatory extra charge. They use high pressure sales to get you to buy the scam pet insurance which covers the same thing the State Statutes require them to cover by law. Nothing is transparent here. Even the pickup location is unmarked with covered windows & no sign. They won't disclose it until you arrange pickup date & time. These people lied to me over and over. I went elsewhere and found a healthy puppy of same breed for HALF the price!
