      I have had a very similar experience as ******** and **** The sales associate who signed me up made it sound like the 30 day money back guarantee was very easy to exercise if for any reason I was not satisfied " no questions asked" was a phrase that was used. That is one of the main reasons I signed up because this program is very expensive especially when you are unemployed and have a family and bills to take care of. When I inquired about the 30 day guarantee I was told that I had only completed 95% of the requirements to qualify for a refund and that I missed the 30 day window by 3 days!! This: Clearly if anyone is even a little on the fence, which I was, they should NOT count on your money back promise to push them into purchasing, which I did, because you would rather treat somebody poorly than to do the right thing here.And this: Additionally, the customer service was poor when speaking with ******, the ** of Client Success. My experience with her was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me more frustrated.Lastly I have reached out to the original sales person multiple times (****) and the owner to give them feedback about my experience but have gotten zero response. Im a reasonable person who just wants to have a conversation to come up with a solution that works for both parties because Im NOT 100% satisfied. I challenge you to do the right thing and be a person of character.

      You had signed up for our service on May 31st and when you originally reached out you where well past 30 days.  You have also not completed several items that you agreed to complete to qualify for the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. The post you put above is very misleading.

      We outline in our partnership agreement exact expectations to ensure we start of this partnership with clear responsibilities and guidelines. As you can imagine if you do not complete key tasks in our program it is hard to guarantee your satisfaction.  Additionally leading up to the call with our VP of Customer Success we had not received any negative feedback from the items that you had completed.

      We are still committed to providing you the same quality service that has generated 1800+ multiple six figure interviews, 300+ offers, and other lives positively changed that you have seen while in our program.

      Thank you for your response. I think it is very ironic that you would call my post "misleading" considering their are multiple complaints about how misleading ECU and the 30 day guarantee is on this board. The bottom line is that your companies representative's paint a very different picture during sign up when it comes to the 30 day guarantee and your ability to exercise it if you are not satisfied. They are obviously trained to use this as a closing tool especially considering I have not heard from the guy who signed me up after multiple attempts to reach him. If you have any reservations at all about signing up for this program because of cost then DO NOT do it because as you can see from this response and other posts they will hide behind the fine print and make it about what you did not do instead of doing what they said they would do.

      My experience with *** was great. They brought a set of tools and methods that helped me plan my journey for my job search and even at my workplace. It is a difficult journey where you need to give your 100% and keep going and these tools and the sessions with *** enable you on the way. Best to the *** team!

      I bought into ECU, but then some things changed in my life and I decided to focus on working on my businesses that I own instead. After realizing that this was not a good fit, do you think the staff at ECU was willing to honor their money back guarantee? No, because apparently there was some module or other that I hadn't completed or some other eligibility requirement wasn't met. The SPIRIT of this agreement is to keep people from flaking or running away scared. That isn't what I am doing, I found a successful path, and they KNOW IT. But are they willing to do the right thing? No. I DON'T WANT an executive job anymore! I have one, I am CEO of my own business, and while I admit signing up for this was a mistake, it is doubled down on now because they won't listen to reason.

      Hey ***. Well you and your sales guys need to talk, because what I understood the guarantee to be was if I decided the program was not a good fit for me there was a refund option. If you want to hold to the letter of the law while giving out sketchy bait and switch tactics to your prospective clients base, even if we assume you have the right to do that, it should at least be public knowledge that you will do that, so the review stands as a **** against your decency in how you treat people.Clearly if anyone is even a little on the fence, which I was, they should NOT count on your money back promise to push them into purchasing, which I did, because you would rather treat somebody poorly than to do the right thing here. You and I both know this service isn't useful to me anymore, so why do you want to keep money you won't be earning for a service that won't help me? If that is what your business is about, your BBB rating should reflect that.

      After my layoff, I joined ECU to find my next role as quickly as possible. Their promise was that, if I followed their process as they laid out, I would find a not only a new job but the job I deserved. After checking them out a little via customer testimonials and a few review sites, I joined. Was it expensive? Yes. However, I liked their multi-faceted approach to finding your dream job via teaching me how to boost my network, develop my personal brand, improve my interview skills, maintain a positive mindset and be a part of a community. I figured, as long as I improved my skills, had a brand update and got a new job following a path that I wouldn't have otherwise, the money would be worth it.As far as their brand promise was concerned, they hit each of those points for me. My network went from <50 contacts to ~3000. Via automated connections through LinkedIn, I personally talked with nearly 500 people. My LinkedIn site gets 1000 hits/day as a minimum. I am relaxed going into interviews and have fun talking about my experience and the value I'll bring to an organization.Is most of what they teach common sense?       In todays job market its all about networking. ECU provided me the guidance and tools to significantly ramp up my networking leading to a great job offer. I found tremendous value in Tim's videos and coaching. His advice built my confidence and prepared me for my interviews. I also enjoyed networking with fellow ECU participants.       I have been a member of ExecUpgrades for a little over a month, but I have not seen much success with the program. Despite having over ten years of experience in my field, more than 15 certifications, two degrees, and experience at top companies like Microsoft and Google, I have been denied for every job I applied to using the resume provided by ExecUpgrades. I applied to over 30 jobs, including internal positions at Google, and have not received a single interview. Automation and other application methods suggested by the program have also yielded no results. The sales process felt like a bait and switch. They were very aggressive in their sales pitch, promising significant results and personalized support that never materialized. Additionally, the customer service was poor when speaking with Hayley, the VP of Client Success. My experience with her was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me more frustrated. I am very disappointed and would like to discontinue services and request a refund, as the program is not working for me.

      Here at ECU we provide a 30 day satisfaction guarantee to ensure everyone is getting results, part of that guarantee includes completing action items in our program such as completing the Career Acceleration course, setting up our automated systems to generate interviews which is where 47% of all multiple 6 figure hires comes from here at ECU, and completion of our certification programs - interviewing, networking, and salary and negotiation.
      The individual above did not set up automated systems, has not been through our certification programs, has not attended various clinics we hold daily, gotten with a coach on job search strategy, or fully completed our material and because of this the client is unfortunately unsatisfied after being in our program for a little over 60 days.
      During his time in the program we have helped our clients secure 541 multiple 6 figure interviews and 77 offers have been accepted by those who partner with us.
      We strongly encourage this individual to reach out to support to get back on track so he can get hired quickly.

      What the individual is failing to understand is that the automation piece has nothing to do with me actually getting interviews for roles I am qualified for or even overqualified for. They fail to mention how I used my old resume to get interviews and I got none with their resume. The individual is basically repeating tired sales bait and switch lines. I will do everything in my power to ensure people know of their tactics. Do not believe them. I plan on putting out a video to show their process in the next few days that will show the training that they offer. It is not worth the money at all. Please go somewhere else; these people are liars.

      We have done everything we can to try and work with this client to obtain the result they came to us for but they are resistant to following tactics in the program and still refuse to follow any training or do anything but apply for jobs online even though we have shared statistical data that it doesn't work at this level, individual also will not schedule with advisors which has made it difficult to assist as specifics are located in our first post above.
