I ordered a pizza and wings Nov. 28 2021 from my computer. The total for the order was $26.46 and was to be picked up that day. When I drove to the store to pick up my order they refused to accept my $50.00 bill. They told me we don't take those. They were rude and also told me to go get change and come back. I am disabled and walking is difficult for me. Now I can understand if a store is short on cash or if they may be reluctant to make change for a large bill for a small purchase. I told them that my order was for over half of the 50 and should not put them short of cash to make change but I was told we don't take those. There was no warning on the web site or in the store that there policy did not allow $50.00 bills. I left the store. I made a complaint to their customer care dept.. I got a response and I waited for results. after several weeks I again contacted customer care dept. and was told that the local store would be contacting me and they were sorry and please accept a $10.00 coupon. I told them that their 10 dollars was an insult and that I still have not heard from the local store that refused to accept my money.
