      On 2/6/2023 we purchased a pre-order for a book that was to come out on 12/2023. Order number 8132. The total cost was $60.95. In December, when the book did not arrive, we reached out to Sandman Books to determine what the delay was. We got an automated response. We have since emailed them several times and have received no response. I have attempted to call them multiple times but the number listed on their website is not in service. We would like a refund of the purchase amount. Their website lists a new address: Sandman Corner Books | ******************************************************* | ************ (I have called this number multiple times but it is not in service.).

      Order #**** Preordered a copy of ******************** book *************** via PayPal. Book never shipped. Business has been completely unresponsive when contacted via phone, email, and on social media.

      I placed an online order with Sandman Books on Sep 17, 2023. I ordered 15 books and paid $63.60. The online order was accepted and the payment was processed that day. Order #:12638. I have reached out several times to get an order update. I have sent an email and left them 4 voice messages. I have not received any return response. Sandman Books has not responded to the email or voicemails. Their voicemail warns customers that they have damage from a hurricane, but customers can still shop online. Sandman Books has taken my order, my payment, and they have not delivered the product that I ordered, they also have not tried to communicate with me to let me know the status of this order. I believe that they are taking online orders and do not intend to honor they buyers purchase.

      I ordered a book online from this company on June 6, 2023. I have yet to receive my order. I have contacted the company several times by phone and email without response. I would like a refund due to not receiving the book. Thank you.

      On March 3, 2023, I ordered 6 books online from Sandman Books in ***********, **. On the following day, my credit card transaction for $96.66 took place. The books were to be delivered mid June. Sandman Books sends an auto reply to my email thanking me for my message when I wrote to ask about these undelivered books. They do not respond to my voice messages. I learned that the store has closed due to hurricane destruction in 2022. Yet they are still operating online and took my money in the spring of 2023, but are not sending the books nor are they communicating with me.

      i spoke to *****, she claims book shipped on Saturday but began screaming and yelling at me when i asked for tracking #, i then recieved an email from sandman books alleging FRAUD, but SandMan Books did rec $28 from my cashapp on Friday June 30th at 4:57am!!!!!

      I placed an online order on May 12th. The stores website states that they are closed for repair but that one can still order via their website and does not state there will be shipping delays. I have tried several other avenues to try and get a refund on this because I had to order it from another source since I needed the book for an assignment. I messaged them directly, no response. I have messaged them on Instagram and the only response was to say, sorry I didnt see your message. Then no other responses. I understand being closed for repair, but if there were going. To be delays they shouldve stated that. Also, if they cant ship because of that they shouldnt state that they can. They have my money and I DO NOT have my book. They took the money as soon as the order was placed. I would like full refund as soon as possible.

      Hi. I pre-ordered a book (***************************** Anatomy Book: A Catalog of Familiar, Rare, and Unusual Pathologies) on March 31, 2022 for $25.23. It has been almost a year and I have not received the book or an update on the status of my order. I knew the book release was delayed, so I waited. However, when I checked months later, I saw that the book was released on October 25, 2022. I thought that possibly I would receive the book soon after. On November 20, 2022, I emailed the bookstore to ask when I should expect the order and did not receive a response. I emailed them again, via their website contact form, on December 15th, 2022 and did not receive a response. I then called on Saturday, December 31st, 2022 and left a voicemail. It says the store is closed due to damage from the hurricane, but that books can still be ordered from the website - which I would think means they are checking their orders, emails, and voicemails. However, I have not received a response to any of my attempts at contacting them. Due to it being over six months, I also cannot dispute the claim via my credit card or Paypal. At this point I would like a refund for the amount of money I spent on the item, so I can order it elsewhere.

      Pre ordered a book in August 2021, which was released August 5th 2022. Today is October 17th....2022.No answer to the phone for weeks on end, no email replies, nothing from the company. Finally got through, was told things were behind due to the hurricane.. However my order should have been shipped first week of August. Keep getting the run around when I request tracking information, as this was supposedly sent out a week ago. Never received tracking I requested after being told it shipped, which is anyones guess if it really did... Keep getting the run around in general with this company, and the negative reviews on ****** are related to this same issue.

      This has been solved. Company finally issued refund.
