My significant other and I purchased a home in June of this year. It was a great opportunity and we were thrilled. It has been discerning however that we both get random calls and mail wanting to refinance or as in this case to buy our home with cash. I don't like that our information is available to these businesses that are harassing us and know our address and phone numbers. We want this to stop. We should be able to enjoy our new home and if and when we want to refinace or sell WE will contact the individuals NOT the other way around.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/11/30) */ We apologize for any inconvenience our mail out may have caused; however, we NEVER call, text or try to contact any property owner in any other manner. We typically expect the property owner to toss the mail in the trash if it isn't applicable to their situation. We find that property owner's who are looking to sell highly appreciate the contact. Our lists are purchased though mail sources of which we have no control over how they gather their information but we can take a name off of the list when requested. We will remove this name from our list.
