Mr K, Your invoice clearly states what was included with the repair. and we have tried calling you and left several messages for you. We needed to move the line set out of the way so that the blower housing could be removed to change a failed blower motor. We gave you a price for the complete job which we said would include any freon that may need to be replaced. The Technician was at your home working on your unit for 5 hours and 48 minutes. when wee built the quote we estimated it would take 3-4 hours. The price you were quoted is a fair price for that. You agreed to the price before the work was started and we didn't ask you for more money when the job took longer than expected.
