CyberCO2 is the most unprofessional company that I have worked with. I hired this company to develop an app for me. The CEO Stephen M. promised a lot and did not deliver on anything. After expressing my displeasure on many occasions with the service, work, and communication being provided, Stephen promised to correct the errors. I sent a detailed email of what needed to be done in order to get my app on the market on July 7 and have not had a response or update since then.
Stephen basically took my full payment and deserted me for over a month now. He also tried to get me to put an app on the marketplace that was not workable and missing many items established in our contract. He then tried to coerce me into another contract to pay more money to correct their errors and input items I already paid for, Sounds like a con artist move to me! After not receiving any response from Stephen, I decided to get my lawyer involved, and ever after that, there was no response from Stephen until I gave him a bad review on Google. Instead of reaching out like a professional to resolve the issue, he responded to the review, "We built the app to the specs you provided sir. I tried on multiple occasions to meet you halfway with no resolve. You own the code in which I have tried to get in touch to send you. I look forward to having this resolved that works for all parties." which was all lies. Lie number one, the company did not build the app to my specifications annotated in the contract and the wireframes. Lie number two, he has not tried to reach out to me on multiple occasions to meet halfway; he only reached out to swindle me out of more money. Lie number three, he does not look forward to having this resolved because if he did, he would have made contact with me to work towards a resolution instead of responding to a Google review. Also, may I add that he even went so far as to have my LEGITIMATE review of his company removed to keep his ratings up. Now you have to ask yourself. What kind of company goes as far as to have the negative reviews removed? How many other reviews has he had removed? This just shows you how these types of people and companies try to control the narrative. He would rather silence the truth than work towards coming to an actual resolution. In my opinion, you would be better off flushing your money down the toilet than hiring this unprofessional company. DO NOT HIRE!
