Nona Notary Is unresponsive after over a years worth of emails and calls I did a signing for them on 10/19/23 for the ***** family here in **** . I was professional and timely and courteous. I have been calling and emailing /calling twice a month after the 60 days terms and I can not get through to be paid . I do not suggest using or working with them unless you want to work for free and give your services away. Stay away from them and Note that they are unethical and have terrible business practices.Review from Marc K

If it could rate a negative star I would rate them as the worst. I completed a signing on 10/11/22, have not received a payment. Tried to contact them, number is disconnected, sent invoices and email with no response. For all of the LSA out there, we work hard, we do out best to perform in the utmost professional manner, then to have Nona Notary not pay you for the service performed. That's criminal. AVOID BY ALL MEANS.Review from Kathy W

I am a notary loan signing agent who performed 2 signings for Nona Notary. Both were completed professionally and timely. These were back in October. Nona Notary put invoices in Bill.com for me to be paid within their 60 day period. Both should have been paid in December, 2022. I have yet to receive payment. I have tried calling, emailing and even left a ******** message. No response. I can't even leave a message because when I call it says the destination mailbox is full - no matter what extension I use.Review from Sandra A

Very disappointed with Nona Notary. I did a signing with them on January 30th, they were very responsive and professional up until the signing was complete. I have sent several emails and made phone calls regarding payment and no response. This company should not be open as they are unprofessional and unethical.Review from Susan G

I completed a signing for them on 1/12/2023. Initially, they were very helpful and responsive when I told them the number on the order was incorrect. They got another number, I called, confirmed, met with the signer, completed the order, uploaded scans, and shipped the documents. It was a done deal. I have called several times: calls only go to voicemail and I have yet to receive a call back. My emails are being returned as un-deliverable. The website is not active. I have confirmed the package was received with Title, payment has been sent to Nona Notary, and title could not issue me a payment. We are going on THREE months from this order and I am still waiting for payment for services rendered. Payment policy is ***** days from the signing completion date.Review from Scott M

Do not use this ***************. I did a signing having to travel 45 minutes up the mountain and back down. I did my signing in a timely manner and sent the executed documents to them right away. As of today 1/10/23 I have yet to receive payment. I was told they have 60 days to pay out and that they were having problems with their payroll but I would receive payment right away. They do not return phone calls or respond to emails. DO NOT USE THIS SIGNING SERVICE. They are unethical and do not pay their Notaries. I plan to file legal action against this company.Review from Cairo D

I am a notary that received and completed a notary request for a loan signing from Nona Notary through a third party service. Up to and immediately after the signing appointment (back in November 2022), Nona Notary was responsive. After I completed the signing, information was supposed to be shared on setting up payment through their preferred payment site. I've followed up with Nona Notary via phone and email 6 times with only one response via email. On Friday, 12/2/22 I was told "Payroll is being worked on today and if you havent received a link to set up for payment, I will give it until Monday. Rest assured that you will be paid for your service. Please standby as we work to get the link sent out to you as soon as possible." I have followed up since this message and have received no response. I feel like I've been scammed by this company. I completed work for Nona Notary and was not compensated for my service.

You are failing to understand your due diligence regarding the contractual agreement that you signed with us when you accepted the assignment. Please reference back to the contract on Signing Order for your record. Please stop with the harassments as we have been in contact with you and have explained multiple times on how everything works. If you haven't done so already please create you Bill.com user profile and send us your Payment Network ID. Please email it to ********************************
