      This does not prove to be a reliable company, will never recommend their services or repeat. Their work was intrusive, stressful, and felt shady to say the least. Day of the scheduled appointment, office called at the tail end of the 4 hour time block (10-2p) to say that the tech was running late and would not arrive on time. Tech did not arrive until 4p. Tech left after an hour without advising of leaving or where they were going.. returned 45 mins later after we called the office, then proceeded to argue with my boyfriend about whether or not they'd advised they were leaving. Tech spent 2 more hrs to determine they could not fix the dripping faucet and would have to order the part. Tech called the next day saying we would have to pay a $50 shipping fee for the part or wait for an undetermined amount of time to order the part from nefarious sources. Office called 2 days later to say they had the part and reschedule the appointment. This one was scheduled for first thing. Tech arrived at 9a, spent 2.5 hrs to determine new part didn't work, old part now didn't work either and we were left with a steady stream constantly instead of a dripping faucet. Only response from the tech was to turn off water to the entire house when we didn't really need it to save our water bill until they could get it fixed. Tech gave us 3 options 1) replace the faucet with a part they could pick up 20 mins away but most expensive, 2) ship another part from the manufacturer (all the while our faucet would be a steady stream leaking), or 3) go pick out our own faucet and schedule the tech to come back out to install (again all the while our faucet would be a steady stream leaking). We felt our hands were tied. We agreed to have the tech go get the part. Tech then advised he had other jobs getting behind and would try and come back with the part at the end of the day, and that's what the office was telling him to do. I called the office to speak with the supervisor as this didn't seem right. She agreed and said they'd have the tech go get the part and return, also that the deposit we paid would be applied to our final bill. 3.5 hrs later the tech returned to finish the job. Then took another 4.5 hrs to cut a hole in the side of the vanity to access the shutoff valve, replace faucet handles, test, and put in a plastic cover for the side of the vanity. Come to find out after the fact the handles to the faucet aren't on tight. Staying past 7p on job may not be an issue for some, but with an infant in the house and being on a job from early in the day this felt excessive and intrusive. Tech also continuously closed door to the bedroom when the homeowner asked the door be left open and kept opening it. Tech did not communicate well or effectively, was unprofessional and lacked caring. Tech also did not reduce the final cost by the deposit previously paid. We have now been attempting to contact the office to get our faucet handles tightened properly and to discuss the fees with zero response. The office and tech refused to provide a line by line estimate or final receipt for the work done. This entire process has gone over a month.

      We as a company apologize that you feel displeased with our service. You had a older tub spout that was leaking. We tried the most simplest and least invasive repair first. This was the replacement of the cartridges in the fixtures. This unfortunately did not fix the leaking issue because the valves went bad on your fixtures. We called around looking for the valves for your fixtures. These fixture valves were not easy to find at Supply Houses. One of the places had to ship it in and would cost a shipping fee. Since Covid-19 shipping and parts stock at stores is at a all time low. This was out of our hands as everyone was feeling the shortage. We did end up finding and getting your valves we drove 4 hours to get them for you. We made access to replaced valves and added emergency shut off to both hot and cold sides. You had a issue with the handle coming loose after service and call another company out to try to fix. Unfortunately the plumber you called wasn't able to fix the loose handle. We came back out free of change and fixed the loose handle. We apologize about the amount of time spent trying to solve the issue and saving the fixtures you wanted. We have resolve all issues and you where satisfied upon last visit. Months later you say we never responded to you. We feel it is pretty unfair to say, please feel free to contact us at our corporate office.
