Let me start this bay saying I am a very patient and overly tolerant person. But Dilton and this so called company, are criminals, As the other review states, they take your check and will never answer your calls or respond in anyway. This is the worst water treatment company you will ever run across. First of all they were late and or cancelled the first three appointments. That should have been our first clue. They over sold the project ( like 18k worth of work , that should have been 7k--we were suckered by them,we know, we agreed to it. But Dilton is a fabulous liar). So you would think its stellar system we bought for 18k, right? ...Water still runs black. Still smells like sulphur. Worse than before they came.The new hot water tank was installed. Did not tell us we did not have sufficient amps/wiring for it before they took away the perfectly fine 5yr old gas powered tank. So left new tankless heater there installed, not working. Cost additional 3k in electrical work. Even the laborers they brought at the end of the project told us at the end of the day while they waited for Dilton, they had never worked for him before and were hoping to actually get paid. But thats not the worst of it, they reduced the pipe into the house to only 1 inch. Did not connect the brine water or drain to a drain pipe, flooded the lawn. No response to repeated calls with our faulty system problems after. They contracted free monthly salt service. Still no response. Not the salesman Carlos. Not Dilton, not the wife. All thats left is for us to serve our legal papers to them at their home address. They are liars and thieves. Period. We were thoroughly disgusted. I'm taking the time to write this and I will on every social media platform, and refresh it monthly, this so it happens to no one else. They are not stand up people. Period. Don't give them a minute of your time, or of a dollar of your money. As a property manager to multi millionaires, They have no idea what this job a
