            I ordered white and copper ceiling tile on February 2, 2024, invoice #***** in the amount of $855.90. I received my order on 2/15/2024, except one box of the three sent was missing and did not arrive the next day either. I left on a trip and emailed the company from ********* and asked them to check on the shipment while I was gone. Three weeks later, I returned to find no tiles and no messages. I emailed several times, never receiving an an answer and called to find voicemail boxes full. I finally got through and talked to someone on Friday, March 22. The gentleman said his records agreed that I had not gotten the third package. He would have someone call Monday, 3/25 to let me know what would be done. I have yet to receive that call. I again emailed and called the company with NO response. I would like to have the tile or a refund for $274.80. I prefer the tile because it is a pattern I have not found anywhere else. My kitchen renovation can not be completed until my ceiling is finished. Thank you in advance for your help.
