      I canceled my reservation within the 24 hours after I made my reservation and I never got my $ ****** back. first place I canceled because they told me if I cancel within the first 24 hours I will get my refund back within the 72 hours, I've calling them every day and I am getting different answer from customer service, I have been asking to speak with a supervisor and it never happened, I got discontented, it all occurred a week ago. in few word they lied to me in every single phone call I made I am giving 1 star in order to post this review

      Book a cruise in July 2021 They advised refund will be issued in 90 days it's now December 2021 And still no money received. I want to seek legal help something is not right.

      On April 22, 2021 I booked a cruise with my family. We booked 3 different rooms for this trip. When I called on the 22nd the guy I spoke with reassured me that I will be able to sail with my Original Birth Certificate and ID when the time comes. Because I sailed before with just my BC and ID I thought everything was good. Well I was WRONG. I paid the initial $100 to secure the trip and made other payments to this company. Because I know things change in a moments notice due to COVID I asked again, "Am I good to sail with just my BC and ID?" and each time I was reassure that I was able to. NOW here's my issue. After making the last payment I asked If I am able to use my BC and DL and she said she will have to look into it because they have been going back and forth with the Bahamas to see if you are able to sail with your BC and DL. I was told to call some phone number to speak with someone in the Bahamas to check for my self and the RUDE lady I spoke with there let me know we will have to have a passport. I called once again to the cruise line and they continued to tell me that you were able to sail with you BC and DL even after I spoke with the person in the Bahamas. Now because I don't have a passport and not enough time to get one I let the cruise line know I would like to cancel and receive and refund. I was told it would take 30-90 days to process my refund, which I thought was excessive since it didn't take you 30-90 days to take my money off my card but whatever. Below I have inserted a copy of the second page attached to my receipts stating that you are able to sail with your original Birth Certificate and Government issued ID. Also each one of the dates and times below are the email confirmations when I made a payment. Today's Date is 10/29/2021. I have yet to receive that refund and every time I call they tell me that it is still being processed and Accounting is behind. At this point if Accounting is still processing this many refund yall don't have a cruise line and yall are scamming people.

      No one answers the phone to be able to talk to a person about getting a refund for our up coming cruise in Dec. we are under the time allotted so we should get our refund, reading other posts about getting refunded they wait to answer them after the allotted time. We were on the phone for 2hrs. they put us on hold again to transfer us to customer service once we finally got through and was disconnected. We have emailed and have tried to contact the customer service department. Hoping this company will not use Covid 19 as an excuse in not answering the phone lines, they do answer if you tell them you want to book a cruise. Not Happy.

      Very poorly run company I have three cruises canceled and no one let me know till the last minute I was out of pocket money for travel and hotels and Covid test you try to call you're on hold for hours said they would give me a refund but from reading other reviews it will probably take years

      This is the worst cruise I've ever been. First even if you are vaccinated and also have a COVID-19 test two days before they required you to pay $35/pp to a private company APEX HEALTH RX. I believe that this is a ***** Because when we went to register at the port the customer service person told us if we are vaccinated and have a 2 days COVID-19 test don't have to do that. At this point we don't know what to believe. This cruise line is the worst. We were supposed to sail on August 25, 2021 because supposed engine problems we sailed next day. Food horrible and cold. Never again. Please people don't ever go.

      False adv Bad food Clueless employees Over priced This was supposed to be my first cruise and the experience was awful! There was so many hidden fees that took us by surprised. This is the most unorganized company ever! I'd never recommend to anyone. I want my money back.
