    On March 19, 2024 we requested Ellington Service come to our home to fix an ** unit that was not working. They came out and determined it was a float switch. The same day the ** failed again and Ellington returned and wanted to charge an additional $800.00 for additional repairs. upon complaining to the tech he told us to call the office and they may be able to return and complete repairs for $500.00. We were so unhappy because the waether was warm and no **. Hired another company to do the work, they diagnosed something completely different and charged less money. We called Ellington to adjust the bill and issue a partial credit and they refused. Bad business ethics and poor ******* ship for not getting this right.

    My air conditioner went off the beginning of June and since I pay $44 each month for free service they removed the part. In the hottest summer we had and upon calls many times about the part and getting the run around my air was temporarily running in the middle of October and it is now Nov 3rd and still no permanent repair. I tried to explain that I paid $44 a month for 4 months with no air I should get a refund and was told if I was to do that I would have to pay for repair and if I was to stop payment I could not rejoin. They keep blaming the “trane” company for not Manufacturing and shipping the part. I want a refund for those four months I was living in the heat. And will never trust them again. Beware people of doing business wit “Ellington Air and Heat in Rockledge Florida.

    As a NO Worries customer, we provided two portable a/c units for your use until we receive the warranty parts from the manufacture, I understand you asked us recently to remove the portable AC units.  We did receive one of the two parts.  We installed the motor, and we are still waiting on Trane to send us the wheel.  The estimated ship date on the Wheel according to Trane is 11/27th.  this is subject to change per Trane due to material shortages with their vendors.  I apologize for the delay; we are at the mercy of the manufacturer.  We are unable to get the part from another source.

    We are doing everything in our power to get the part as soon as possible.   It may help if you reach out to Trane customer support: 1-800-945-5884.  Please reference order number: ********.  We are still waiting on the blower wheel.  We will continue to update you as we receive updates from Trane.
