Overcharging my account during the holiday season is NOT acceptable! I’m on auto payments and somehow was charged twice with late fees on a whim? Doubt it! It’s very disappointing and frustrating because I can’t be reimbursed now I have to wait!! Wait for what? **** robbers!Review from Teresa S

Giving 1 star is giving to much. My bf went and bought a car from there which was advertised as a 2010 Volvo however it's really a 2004 Volvo... It was submerged in water and the trunk doesn't work...and the ac need to be entirely replaced. There are way more issues with this. They advertised a grwt working car with cosmetic issues with the seats. We were OK with that however they specifically said the ac works and very cold and then it doesn't it blows black mold. Then takes over a week to get a hold of them so I called 1 st stop auto sales that's what my tag said then they say they didn't sell me the car Lotz did... So I call Lotz when I was polite but aggravated I just wanted answers bc we bought the car at $3000 the guy stated I need to take a Xanax and go fuck myself or kill myself whatever is easier.... Now i have a lawyer... Every inch of this sale was fraudulent and the just laugh... Wasted money we didn't really have to do this but we needed a car.Review from Robert L

This place is extremely shady. Found it through ********. Went there and found out it was an entire strip mall of different car LLCs but it appears they are all in bed with each other. They have an entire garage full of pulled apart vehicles on lifts and everything else which is what spooked me from buying anything from there as it looks like they fix salvaged cars on the spot and then resell them. Talked to one salesman through ******** and was told to go there and ask for him which I did and he was nowhere to be found. Every other person I talked to did not at all seem interested in selling a car and some of the offices are inside shacks and barely finished gutted out buildings. The whole entire place screamed not to walk away but run away and never look back and go elsewhere and I thank the Lord I listened to that little voice telling me to leave considering the other gentleman's complaint above mine. Always research where your going to buy a used car and make sure you look at their review rating as well. The customers will let you know everytime.

So you feel the need to bash other peoples business?
You clearly didn't buy a vehicle and left a comment degrading another business. So you have no actual buying experience with these companies other than the look of the place. Mighty "Karen" of you.
