I had my membership froze to see whether I will come back. Cyclebar reactivated my membership without and notification and start charging me. I started getting emails that I owe money, so I paid for it and cancel my account. Then they continue to charge me for the next month. So I dispute it and they email me saying I owe them money.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/14) */ Contact Name and Title: Michelle A**** Owner Contact Phone: ********** Contact Email: *************************** ****** *** is set to cancel on Oct/ 22/2022. ****** called the studio in September asking about cancelling and we told him he had one final payment on 9/5 due to our 30 days notice policy. He agreed to that but then put a stop payment on his card which is why he got notified he was past due. I the owner will void all late fees and cancel him completely out of our system
