              9/22/2022, Had a new roof install at a cost of $14,744. In June of 2024 begin losing shingles I called Angi Roofing they stated they longer do business in ******* but that they have a Roofing company that take care of their warranty work, ****** Roofing LLC, ******************* ***** from ****** Roofing came and took pictures on 6/14/2024 and stated they would send a copy of the estimate to Angi Roofing. Spoke to ************* on 6/26/2024 he had not gotten a response from them. I received a copy of the estimate from ****** Roofing $1555.00. I filed a claim as they requested

              We had Total Home Roofing replace our roof in the fall of 2022. They did a nice job on the roofing yet forgot and left the 11 soffits open which allowed the access to the attic for rodents, rats. When I reached out the Total Home Roofing, I was told I needed to supply a report from the exterminator company. which I did, by sending over the contract, which spelled out the work to be performed. ********* made it clear they would not accept the contract I" needed to supply a report from the exterminator. To continue fighting this, would be useless as the rodents kept coming into the attic, so e moved forward with the extermination company. If you choose to use Total Home Roofing, make sure they complete the work, for us, it cost us an additional $1760. to clear the rodents and seal the roof soffits. For this reason, I DO NOT RECOMMEND Total Home Roofing, as they left us holding the bag.
