they installed a roof on my house in june of 2022. i had a leak in the roof and they came out about a year ago to supposedly fix it. we just had some recent rain and the roof is leaking from the same spot again and it looks like my ceiling in the garage will need to be replaced as it is bubbling from the leaks in it.Initial Complaint

Total Home Roofing installed a new asphalt shingle roof on my home in August of 2018. Along with the ***** Corning warranty, Total Home Roofing provided a 15 year "Worry Free" Platinum Workmanship Warranty. Identified as Project 23131.On June 24, 2024 I initiated a warranty claim for roof damage. On June 27th, ***************** the company's Warranty Technician inspected my roof. At the time of the appointment **** indicated that the shingles installed on my roof's valleys were installed improperly and he would report that back to the **************Since ****'s inspection, I have not heard back from the company. On July 12th I sent an email to the ************** with no response. I have made calls to the company on July 17, and July 23 with no reply to the voice mails I left on their phone system.They do not respond to any means by which I have tried to contact them. Their phone system is constantly busy and the only option is to leave a message which they do not respond to.I would like assistance in resolving this claim.Thank you,*******************Initial Complaint

I recently had my entire roof replaced, seemed to be a good job, but what do I know. I have had multiple leaks since the installation. The first of which was repaired after a long fight to get the work done. No one answers the phone. Can not get a live person to speak to and they show no interest in honoring warrenty. I now have a active roof leak and can't get a hold of anyone from the company which sold me a 15 year no worry Warrenty.Business response

Hello, we did not replace the entire roof but rather the shingle portion only. The flat roof has had many issues and needs replacement but the homeowner only chose to have to sealed. We have provided the homeowner with the shingle manufacturer warranty information. Thank you.Initial Complaint

We called about a leak at around June 30, 2024. ****** came out and saw the leak situation on about July 2/3. He said that we would hear back regarding making an appointment for the repair. That was 20 or so days ago. No one answers the phone. The warranty company states that they are no longer in business, and we have not heard back. We had the problems of no one answering phones a few years back when we had a leak. I tried for the text option this time, despite receiving a text that someone would be in touch - nope. Today I left two messages with the **************** no response. Are there no secretaries? No customer service agents? Doesnt anyone care at TH??Business response

I am rejecting this response because:No one spoke to my husband. Someone texted me. The most important thing here is that Total Home Roofing is NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. I was texted the link to the warranty place. I have no proof that they emailed anything to the warranty company, I hope that is true. I am not surprised at all that TH is out of business. It has been a struggle since day one after we signed the contract for the roof.

***** Roofing, LLC DBA Total Home Roofing/Citrus installed our roof on 9/11/21 and provided a 15 year Warranty. We paid $9,486.00 total on 10/15/21. We have a leak in our roof and have called the phone number on their invoice and listed on their website numerous times. We have left messages and sent a text message.The Certificate of Completion indicates the Contractor: Total Home Properties, Inc. Hello, we have sent an email with the detailed warranty information to the homeowner. This roof was completed by another company (****) Total Home roofing is no longer owned by ****. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and since the company purports to be out of business, I have no recourse. The bottom line is that I paid for a 15 year 'worry free' warranty and have no warranty.Thank you for your efforts though. Much appreciated!

My roof is under warranty, but the warranty is going to expire soon. I have several exposed nails, shingles loosing granules, shingle damage to valley where new ridge caps were installed 6 years ago under warranty, and defective ridge caps that were installed 6 years ago under warranty. I had extensive work done under warranty 6 years ago for exposed nails, defective ridge caps, defective shingles, and the roof is still not wearing well? I am concerned that the repair was not done properly and feel that my roof should last longer than 10 years. This should all be covered under warranty. I have called 6 times. Online it says you are open and I am calling within business hours listed on your website, but when I call the voicemail says you are closed, so I leave a message and no one calls me back? I have filled out several warranty forms and service requests online, I have emails people that helped me with my warranty issues previously but am not able to get through to anyone.Business response

So youre telling me that you bought the business but will not honor any previous customers warranties? I have been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks. No one answers the phone numbers listed online and there is no information online that says the company went out of business.

Total Home Roofing installed our tile roof on our house in October 2022. We signed a contract with them on the installation with a 15 year platinum full warranty. We paid in full to Total Home Roofing $53,550. Shortly after the installation, we found a leak in the roof. The roof leak still exists despite two attempts to fix it (the first attempt was in *********************************************************** 2024). The roof leak is located in the same area north of the house. Total Home Roofing was sending unexperienced workers without any supervision to fix the roof. The roof is still leaking, and is not fixed. Right now, Total Home Roofing is denying our warranty and denying any responsibility. Total Home Roofing doesn't want to fix our roof leak. We want this roof leak to be fixed professionally so we don't have issues with it any further. Please help us to resolve this issue with Total Home Roofing.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: The respond from Total Home Roofing is totally unacceptable. They have build a very low quality roof on my house and they don't even take any responsibility for it. This is outrages. I can't believe that this is happening in Florida state, ***. I will take a advise from attorney on this case.
