We had a roof replaced with Total Home Roofing back in May, 2021. During hurricane ****** last year, we had water intrusion from the roof in different parts of our home. I have called them multiple times and left a message regarding a warranty repair and nobody has bothered to return my calls. I have photos and videos of the roof leaking during the storm and had some pretty bad water damage to the ceiling in our kitchen. We paid this business $5330.00 to install a flat roof on our townhome. I see on the invoice that it says insurance proceeds which means they claimed insurance when we paid cash for the roof, which is insurance fraud. It was installed and finished on 5/25/21. We now have a leak in our roof and they will not answer the phone, return calls, or acknowledge our complaint. I first contact them on 1-20-25 regarding this matter. We need to get this repaired before the rainy season. I am concerned that I am seeing complaints that say they have fraudulent warranties. Our original sales person has left the company. I'm sure I can guess why. I have left them a message alerting them that I will not only contact you but our attorney as well. Their warranty states that if they do not respond within 24 hours of the warranty call, there is a $100 daily allowance from them. I figure they owe me $7200 at this point. If I have to have a different repair company work on this roof, I will go after them for the money. How does this get resolved?Initial Complaint

Purchased a new roof January 11, 2022 from Angi Roofing, LLC DBA Total Home Roofing / Citrus. Attached is a copy of the receipt and warranty. I paid $16,053.00. I purchased the Platinum 15 year all inclusive warranty. During heavy storms the roof has been leaking. I have tried to contact the company to file a claim. Their phone number is ************. I have tried to contact them many times, and on different days. I have left numerous voice messages with all my information requesting a call back. They refuse to call me back or allow me to speak to a representative to discuss my roof. When ******** this company it appears that they are no longer in business or are possibly a company that scams other individuals. However, their phone number suggests otherwise. June 28, 2021 contacted total home roofing to put on a new shingle roof for $22,200 plus an additional $600 to fix the chimney. The roof has been leaking at least four times since installed. They did come in the past to fix it. It is now leaking again and *** tried to contact them since October 15, 2024. No one has ever gotten back to me to fix the leak and the stucco repair.Initial Complaint

original roof company was bought by ***. The leak had been getting worse and worse. It was concealed until rainy season of March 2023. I have photos, videos and emails from all of my correspondence. I was told in Dec 23. that materials were ordered and was to be replaced. Some people came and worked for the day. Still leaked. I was told repeatedly that it would be fixed. All that was done was ********** caulking to fill in areas where the repairmen "thought" the leak was. Spring of 2024 a repairman was sent to repair the inside of my home to replace insulation and dry wall. When he took the dry wall down there was black mold behind it. The insulation was not replaced, just treated to inhibit mold and replaced and repaired. All the while I and the repairman, observed the interior of the wall was wet. His boss told him to repair it anyway and they would just do it again. Soon after this it became more and more difficult to get in contact with the company to the point that I was not getting any replies at all. I have documented everything since I could see visual signs of a leak, which was not even 2 years of being completed.Initial Complaint

On or about Jun 23, **** my ***************** paid Angi Roofing LLC, DBA Total Home Roofing Company to replace my roof. There was a delay in payment due to this same leak in the photos. I have sent them email and called on one occasion waited almost two hours, and no one answered the phone or has returned my calls. Total Home Roofing replaced the roof fall of 2019. We had several leaks and they attempted to repair them. They fixed all but the back patio roof. The third time they stopped the leaks. The roof is a rolled roofing and now the rolled roof is sliding off the roof and a couple areas have lifted or buckled. Made numerous attempts (10 or more) to contact with no reply back.
