otal Home Roofing is a very bad company. They kept ignoring my calls, and trying to find reasons not to fix the roof they started. It took them over 3 months, and they never finished the job they promised they were going to do. I had to call inspectors myself and pay extra from my pocket (4 point inspections and wind mitigation). They did a terrible job. Their representative, Eric, doesn't have any manners and he is unethical. He is truly unprofessional, going around and talking to our neighbors telling them bad stories about us. The installation crew went over to my mango tree, which I was waiting patiently to see the fruit grow. They came and took all the mangos without permission. That's the kind of company you are dealing with. You trust them to come to your house but instead they steal your belongings and they don't want to complete the job they started.

Other than a little cleanup issue my overall experience with Andy and his crew was positive. I felt the price was fair and the service was prompt. Once we got through the weather the crew was quick and thorough.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the roof installation that was completed by your company approximately one year ago. Since its installation, we have experienced nothing but a series of issues that have caused significant damage and inconvenience. Firstly, during the installation process, your workers trashed our yard, resulting in the ruin of our once healthy and vibrant grass. Furthermore, subsequent to the roof installation, I have made numerous warranty calls to address the various problems that have arisen. Regrettably, the response time and resolution to these issues have fallen far below expectations. Notably, the delayed installation resulted in a leak after Hurricane Ian, necessitating the renovation of floors that were less than a year old. This unforeseen expense, along with a plethora of additional damages to the interior of my home, has resulted in over $20,000 in costs since the roof was installed. Most concerningly, I am currently experiencing a significant leak in my attic, resulting in damage to the drywall. Despite having two technicians come to assess the situation, neither of them have been equipped with a ladder to properly inspect the roof. Moreover, no action has been taken to rectify the situation, even after a month and a half of waiting. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter. I expect a thorough inspection of the roof to identify and resolve the leak, as well as reimbursement for the damages sustained

I do not recommend this company. From start to finish, the experience was terrible. It took them over three months to complete my roof. They worked without a permit at first and once they had a permit, they completed the job 1 day before the permit was to expire, and that was due to the fact that we called and told them. They left trash in the yard which took me 3 calls and pictures to prove they left shingles in a pile. My roof did not pass inspection twice and it was NOT due to paperwork, it was the job they did. They left the dumpster for an extended period in my driveway and I had to pick up the trash that blew around my neighborhood. I received numerous calls to pay for a roof that wasn't even completed! I have ceiling damage due to the fact that there was no roof for 2 months and we had a terrible storm. They came and painted over the damage. I am so disappointed in the experience. The inspector who came to look at my roof asked us what we paid, we told him and he said that it was 7,000 too much. I was sick.

DO NOT USE - Two years and two months after having a brand new metal roof installed I have a leak. I called them to be told since its past two years they will not come out to look at it and they will not do any repairs. I guess once they got my money ($30,000.) they do not care. They told me they don't do repairs even though it was just installed by them. I'm very disappointed and will never do business with them again or recommend them.
