I gave ***************** $500.00 deposit on 12/06/2023 and another $1,000.00 on 12/27/2023 for a German Shepherd Puppy. When we communicated with management to ************. They spoke with , *****************, that would need proof that the 5 month old pup needed to have the Rabies vaccine before I can bring my pup home. She demanded that I was not going to vaccine the pup and swore to us on speaker office phone and totally told me to f*** off and I will not be getting the pup or my MONEY!! SHE BLOCKED ME ON CASH APP, WHEN I CALL HER ON HER PERSONAL PHONE SHE SENDS HIS STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL. I HAVE MY WITNESSES HERE WHERE I RESIDE. THEY WERE SO APOLOGETIC FOR THEY WAY SHE TOOK ADVANTAGE STOLE MY MONEY. SHE PLANNED THIS ALL ALONG!! I CAN'T AFFORD SMALL CLAIMS COURT. RUSKIN'S POLICE OFFICER DEPUTY ***** JUST SUGGESTED I DO THAT BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF MONEY INVOLVED.THANK YOU, PLEASE HELP !!Business response

This response was taken verbally by BBB:
The customer placed a non-refundable deposit for a German Shepherd puppy.
The original pick-up date was December 7th, the customer failed to pick up the puppy
A new pick-up date was set for December 15th, the customer failed to pick up the puppy.
The customer was aware that the puppy needed to be paid in full and picked up before Christmas.
There was never a refusal to provide the puppy. The reason why the customer did not pick up a puppy is because she did not have a home to bring the puppy to, which is a requirement of our contracts as well, she did not have the balance of the funds due. At this time, the customer placed a non-refundable deposit and violated the contract by not picking up the puppy per the contract terms and not having a home for the dog to return to. A refund will not be provided. The customer is welcome to upload a copy of her contract which the police reviewed and sided with our company.Customer response
