I ordered a movie from Seriemovietime.com and received an illegal copied version. No where on the site does it indicate I wouldnt receive the original dvd in its case. This dvd was a burned disc with the title handwritten on the paper case they mailed it in. There is no way this is legal. I attempted to contact them but the phone number ************* ) they have listed on the website (seriemovietime.com) is no longer in service. When I attempted to respond to the confirmation email I was sent a failed delivery response. I then attempted to reach out to them via their website ***************************** which you fill out a form to contact them and never received a response. I also attempted to email them personally and directly at the same address and I never received a response. I just want a refund for my purchase of $11.35 on 12/8, order #****. I have attached my receipt, and all my attempts at contacting them, never once getting a response to the many many many attempts. You can not advertise selling movies, show a picture of the original and send a pirated version. What they did is illegal and now Im unknowingly part of an illegal transaction. I purchased a complete set of little bear dvds to give as a gift. The website shows a photo of the dvd set with little bear on it. I finally received my order and I received burned copies of discs with sloppily written numbers on them. They are not a complete set and isnt this illegal to make copies and sell them? Within two days I asked for a refund and they still wont reply. Purchase date was 123/2022. Order number #****. Received the falsely advertised dvds on 12/19/2022.Initial Complaint

Please disregard my complaint 18617381. The product ordered was received, although late, and with postage due. So the company did deliver. However, I would not recommend them to anyone else. Thank you for your time.Initial Complaint

On 10/23/22 I emailed seriemovietime, via their Contact Us website link the *** I received 10/21 was unwatchable - obviously copied from a faded fuzzy old VHS; informing them I was returning it 10/24, which I did. I received no response. Now on 11/07/22 they have returned the *** back to me, marked No Such Address, when in fact it was exactly the return address from their mailer to me. I emailed them again.Again, no response, so I have no other recourse but you. I am looking for a full refund of $11.25 for the ***, plus postage.Its not the money, Its the principal of the thing. These people are not operating in good faith.With the Holiday Season upon us no doubt many too will get cheated. Maybe most will absorb the loss and disappointment, it being small.Not me.
