My name is *************************, and I am a Retired Disabled Veteran.I bought a used mobile home in a park ran by Wilder LLC RV Corp in ****** ******* on 1 May 2023. The park manager (***************************) sold me the unit on a bill of sale and in good faith he stated he would send off documentation to the Wilder Corporate offices to obtain a title. Wilder LLC corporation did not have the *** number on file for the home I purchased and they could not obtain a title from the ***** to prove their ownership and that the property taxes are up to date. I have asked Wilder LLC Corporate offices for help in this matter a dozen times over the past 6 months since the purchase and they keep telling me they cannot help me until I provide the *** number. I have since remodeled the home and I have combed over the home inside and out and cant find the *** number of the home to get it insured or to assist Wilder LLC in requesting a title to prove ownership from the *****. There is no frame under the unit in which to try and locate the *** stamp that is supposed to be on each Mobile Home manufactured in *******. I have been to the *** with every piece of paper i could find in and around the home and they are informing me the sale is illegal? Am stuck with this home that I have invested thousands of dollars in with the intent of remodeling the home and selling it to another homeowner. Is there any legal recourse I can take against Wilder RV *************** to get them to give me my money back on a bogus sale and the money I have invested in it.Business response

We are sorry for the delay in providing ************************* with a title for the unit purchased. The title is now in *********** possession.Customer response
