Where do I begin? My lease was up on August 4th, so to renew, they were charging more for a year lease, then a 15 month lease. It was almost a difference of ******, so I chose the 15 month. The first lease did not include my son ***** on there, so I was sent another to sign. Then, they had him on there with a different last name, so I called and the young ******************* asked me to email her my son's name and date of birth. She didn't respond to the email, nor send me another lease, so I called 1 week later. I spoke to *******, who is the assistant manager. I wanted to not have the garage that I originally had, but they are charging ****** a month for and the storage unit for *****. To save money, I decided I did not need those amenities. I was a renewal lease by the employee ******, but it had both amenities on them, so Minessa sent me one, had the garage on it, not the storage. As of today, I still do not have a valid lease. I use the app Flex, which allows you to pay your rent in two payments, but pays the full payment on time every month, supposedly. They paid my rent after the 3rd one day and Your Way Management blocked all *** payments for me since then. I have to rely on The ***************** to unblock this feature every single month, in order for Flex to be able to pay my rent. Because a proper lease is not uploaded to my rental portal, I paid an extra ****** for rent in September, because it was market rent or month to month. The *** was not unblocked last month on the 1st and 2nd by *********************************, so I paid a ****** late fee. Many residents are complaining about the payment options even for the *************. The portal doesn't allow partial payments, so you can't pay throughout the month or early if you want to. I am miserable living here. I thought new management and having Flex would take some financial stress and others stressor away...no, they have not. I am constantly paying extra fees and asked to have these deducted and nothing has been done.
