They installed our roof in just one day! The crew was very thorough and professional. They worked together very efficiently and respectfully from ****, the the person that was sales representative, to *****, the owner of Storm Restoration Services, and prepare who came to our home to deliver the contract and tell us what to expect in the process. .Then, a few days later, we were surprised at the efficiency of the person who delivered the shingles and stacked them on our roof. Two days after that the large crew came early in the morning, They covered our lawn around the house with tarps to catch debris as they removed the old shingles, installed installed the new onesChris had prepared us for the noise and sounds to expect during the processwhich was intense during shingle removal!! After working all day, that same crew spent more than an hour and a a half carefully cleaning up the tarps and debris and also using magnetic ***** to find and pick up ********* that fell off the tarps. When they left at the end of the process, we had a beautiful new roof and it looked our lawn like no one had been there! At times during day day and the next day after the install, ***** was there to inspect their work and to answer any questions we might hav. He was friendly, respectful and helpfuland that made the whole process of installing a beautiful roof and ensuring our satisfaction a perfect and seamless process! ********

Worst company ever,I worked there for a few months and they screwed me out of thousands in commissions,they have absolutely no back office to process the deals leaving the customer extremely frustrated.they make promises and never follow through.

When I first started with ***** was very skeptical with the Reputations roofer have . I was pleasantly surprised on how professional and ethical this company is. They kept me in the loop thru the entire process. and I know have a beautiful brand-new roof. I was so please I recommended them to my neighbor who is now in the process of getting a new Roof. *****, ***** and ****** have been terrific.
