            Our stay the other night was terrible. The fridge was not on and we didn’t know so all our food went bad. The beach access wasn’t open Saturday morning when we went down at 7:40 so we called several times with no answer so we had to walk to the office and ask which took forever since the desk person didn’t seem to know what was going on. We were notified about the pool not working after we made reservations. I know it was too cold for it but we paid for a view and didn’t know the empty pool would be in the view. Just overall disappointing.

            Not a resort. Celebrating my husband's 80th Birthday.Overlooking ocean, rug under feet torn, ripped, faded, dirty and ragged.Elevator broken near our room. Had to walk long hallway at our age to get to room. Ice machine broken had to go to 1st floor for ice, water, soft drink.Could not rest bed to hard. We were so disappointed we came home, our plans were to take the tour on tram,didn't happen. Requesting a refund for this miserable experience.
