Do not go with this company, it is a scam and a nightmare. I sign up with them in 2017 I believe and my spouse and I could never book with them within the first few months of making the payments on time and we were being to feel bothered and unease with how Old Town Discovery operated and were being to feel as though we were being scammed. The rooms and hotels they had on there sites werent the same that were advertised ******* the sign up, they were all 1 *********** and maybe motels. So the rooms were all 1 Star and they had an excuse every single time we would try to book. Never got a chance to use this company, even though payment were being made. We called and emailed our local fraud complaint office and we were sent letters and emails on how Old Town Discovery had open class actions lawsuit against them . We spoke with one of the company leads and was given the option to book a room through him on the phone or cancel the account completely. We chose to cancel the account completely with no further obligations and charges. We had to speak to some general and everything. Thinking that everything was great and squared away. Old Town Discovery sold our account that they agreed to close to *************************** company whose been calling me and leavening voicemails for the past 4 years. Ive been frustrated trying to dispute this account for the past 4 years due to it being illegally sold to an debt collection agency which started from $5,000 something, now its over $11,000. I just dont know what to do now because every time I dispute it, it comes right back. Im
