I had a technician come out to do the maintenance on my unit last month. Everything was fine, but now there is a little water in my flow switch and I got some bad advice from the last tech who was here. He told me to put a gallon of water in the unit while vacuuming and another gallon after vacuuming. Now I'm having some issues. I'm very upset and no one answers the phone when I call. I have a mom visiting me and this holiday season is not going well. She's in her 70s. Last thing I need is my house to get warm. Not sure I'll use the company again. Someone needs to come to my home today!Business response
