On 5/10/2024 my ************ visited Lee Nails ************************************************** My daughter who is 17 years old, and I went to get our nails done for Mothers ******** daughter had Prom the next day. My services were gel manicure, gel toe nail polish change(I did not have a pedicure) and eyebrow waxing. I paid for my service which was $46.00 dollars and I left a twenty percent tip so my total was about $58.00. I was not offered a receipt, since I was in a rush to get to my other appointment, I left without one. We have a PayPal account and we get an email of the receipt so I was not too worry about it at the time. Lee Nails was running behind and I had an appointment somewhere else at noon, so I paid for my service and left. My daughter stayed behind because her nails were not completed. Her services were acrylic full set with french manicure, a gel pedicure ,eyebrow and sideburn waxing. My daughter was charged $160.00 plus she left a twenty percent tip. She was told by the owner ***** we didnt charge your Mothers bill correctly and we have to add it to yours. My daughter did not know what I was charged and hesitantly agreed to the charge. Again she is 17 years old and she said the owner was pressuring her to pay and did NOT provide her a receipt but she was provided with his business card for me to call if I had any questions.When she got home and explained to me what happened I called the owner , When I went over the whole situation then he said oh yeah we didnt charge you correctly so we added it to her bill, when I questioned why she was not provided a receipt he said come back and I will give you a receipt . I told him I am not driving back over there for a receipt. I told him he needed to refund the money and make it right because that is NOT he is taking advantage of a young girl. His response was we cant do that! There are no signs of prices anywhere or prices on their website, it is a not right to deceive people with pricing.
