We purchase a house and we needed minor repairs, so I contacted Mr. Hector P******* to repair these things. 1st-- replacement of the line set insulation. 2nd The shut of switch on the air handler . 3rd Secured the master bedroom toilet. 4th GFCI outlets repair plus he only put some teflon on my shower head. He charged me 540.75. I told him like five times that I needed an itemize bill with the names of the things he had repair, and he wouldn't give it to me. He wouldn't respond to calls or text messages, avoiding me. He told me that I needed a door for my kitchen and I agreed. He told me that he was going to order my door, and that I had to give him $300.00 dollars which I did. I would call him weekly cause I notice that he wouldn't call us. He would tell me that he couldn't find the door and that I had to wait. On March the 2, 2022 I called him and he told me that he had found a door for $800.00 dollars, and I told him that was too much money that I prefer my $300 dollars back and he answered " you haven't paid for the door when I had given him $300.00 to order the door, and he measured my door and everything. My guest toilet was lose and he charged me $157.50 and didn't leave an itemize bill. He took advantage of my husband whose 86 years old. Avoiding many questions and the truth. He is definitely taking advantage of most of his customers, especially older people like us seniors. He must be stopped to avoid this to continue happening to other customers..
