    I paid ******************************************* $3998.00 in 2021 I to eliminate my time share to due a severe disability. They took my money and ghosted me. I have been seeking a refund every since. Maybe everyone on here need to join a lawsuit against them.

    We contracted with Owen's to get out of our timeshare. This was for approximately $15000 right before covid. We seemed to be moving forward, but nothing ever got done. They were short staffed and working from home during Covid, which did not allow anything to get done. In 2021, D**** Owen's informed me that she would still work on our case, but she had to close her business due to covid. We tried to get our money then, but I had no answer from her since then. If she went out of business, or any thing else, I want my money refunded!

    Well, after reading the top 10 complaints I just want people to know my wife and I got scammed out of $29,500 by Owens paralegal to cancel three timeshares. I wish it had only been $1600 or $3500 as others have written.

    I contracted with this company and Attorney Diana O**** in October of 2021. I paid her $1700 to help me get released from a timeshare obligation. They were very confident that they could resolve this issue for $1700.00. There was very little communication from the company and very few emails or calls from Ms. Diana. It was several months over a year ago when she finally got enough guts to explain to me how she was working out of her garage and trying to serve the customers. My last communication with Diana was in January 2022. Ms. Diana stated that they were closing their office and working from their homes. Diana promised that she would send me an email which I never received. Still to this day Ms. Diana is nowhere to be found or located. I received several calls from other companies who have her data base and trying to scam her customers to go through their company (Ryan, James, & Daniels at **** ***** *** ***** ****** **. They are scammers and only want you to bind a contract with them so they can get money from the customer). DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! I have all the copies of all documentation that was done during the beginning of the contract. If there is a lawsuit against Ms. Diana O**** and Associates, please advise as I would like to be included. We work hard for our finances and to get ripped off like this is very painful and a rude awakening. Families are starving and parents are struggling to feed their children, but these companies get away with fraud all the time. IT'S TIME TO END IT NOW!!!

    I contracted with Owen's and Associates in August of 2020 for assistance with canceling my Wyndham timeshare. Initially they were very responsive and requested that I send any correspondence straight to them. After the first year they stopped responding and I had to initiate every outreach. I often received excuses about phone lines being down and staff leaving the company. There was no follow up whatsoever. Currently I'm still in my timeshare which has done harm to my credit. I followed their advice to stop paying and am seeking a refund for the funds I paid.

    I contracted with this company fore COVID (so it's been at least 4 years) to get us released from a timeshare obligation. They were very confident that they could resolve this issue for $6,000. There was very little communication from the company (I had to initiate every contract). I granted them some leeway during covid when companies weren't requiring employees to be in the office. My last communication with Diana was in May. At that time they were closing their office and working from their homes. Diana promised that she would send me an email which I never received. I need information with a current phone # and e-mail address so she can admit that she isn't able to assist us so I can make other arrangement to resolve our issue. I would like copies of all documentation that was done during the beginning of the contract.

    I paid this company $4000 to get me out of my timeshare property with Hilton Vacations in August of 2020. I kept asking for updates and they would string me along saying that it took **** months to get this done. They told me to stop making payments and send them all ******************* directly to them. Then I call and the phone number is no longer valid and my emails get returned back to me. I just want to know if I was scammed or not and what process there is to find them and sew them.

    Seems to be the same story..I was interested in selling a timeshare, ****** suggested canceling it with Owens as after reviewing the paperwork, we were never told it was a timeshare but sold as a "membership"I spoke with ********************************* and ****** in her office, they seems genuine and experienced. Then the calls and responses to emails stopped, I paid over $3500 for legal services.And this ********** stole my money without providing services. She should be disbarred and required to pay back funds for services she did not perform.

    I am filing on behalf of my elderly mother.In December o 2019, I hired ******************************************* to help get out of the time share my mother has in Lake Tahoe, **********. My mother sent ******************************************* $1600 at the time. Since then, when I would call I was given one excuse after another, the girl working on the case was out, blah, blah, blah, I will have her call you back. Never once did anyone call me.This went on for over 2 years. When I did speak to someone they were always waiting to her from Tahoe ************ Then because of covid, nothing was done. Now it's because of the hurricane ***. All I ever wanted is someone to touch basis with me to say "i'm working on it, sorry for taking so long, just some kind of communication. I have everything documented. They didn't even let me know that they had moved and that ****** Owens was working from home. On a flute, I just happened to have the phone number of the gentleman that recommend her, and called his number he was no longer there but the company was in touch with Owens and that is how I caught up with her. I did speak to her and thought she was going to keep her word, but since then I keep calling only to hear her voice mail is not set up for messages. I have also texted he saying "hello any updates". I have tried to work with her because I need this wrapped up ASAP !!! But I am not worth a friendly phone call text, or email.My patients have run out. I know I did my part in trying to keep the lines of communication open, but Owens have put forth no effort whatsoever, no text, no calls and no emails. !I'm done, either refund my mother her $1600 or show me proof that this issue with the time share is resolved. I see that this could be form of elder abuse as my mother is 96, that is why I am handling this for he.TOTALLY UNACCECEPTABLE I

    I was referred to Owens and Associates by Smart choice marketing back in 2019. I filled out all the paperwork they requested and for awhile all was going good. I even gave them power of attorney. Then Covid hit and every time I called or emailed I got the same response "that everything was closed" so I waited and waited. But for the last year I have called all the people that I had contact with at the beginning and all the numbers are no longer working, I have also emailed Diana and have had no response. I even contacted smart choice marketing and they couldn't help me either... I just need someone to tell me how to resolve this issue.. My fees from the timeshare are just piling up and are impacting my credit..
