Purchased 2013 ******* Elantra from ******************************* from ************* on 10/12/23 in the amount of $5,892.94 & today is 12/7/23 and title still hasn't been transferred to my name, registration is not under my name, and the vehicle registration should be under my personal license plate that I currently have possession of which is 8798AS. He has provided me so far 2 dealership temporary plates with the current one being DMK7324 that expires soon on Dec 17,2023. I have texted and spoken to the business owner several times, he keeps promising dates as to when this would be completed, and the day comes, and I don't hear from him. He has also actually ignored my last two messages on 2 different days. He has not been clear at all as to what is the hold up and at this point, I am VERY concerned. By law, it should have been in my name by 30 days from date of purchase. I want the paperwork done and car in my name ASAP or the full amount of $ that I paid immediately.
