  This vacation home is my rececntly widowed 86 year old mother's. We hired ********************" Boots owner of ACMedic911 while my stepfather was in a memory care facility and some months prior to ?? ***. We came to the conclusion after Hurricane *** when the Condenser was on the ground with the electrical and lineset, etc. ripped out from the wall, with the platform that is 6' minimum up alongside the house, that he did not secure it with hurricane straps or anything for that matter, and we learned that he did not pull a permit and he won't communicate back with us via phone call, text or emails that I have made to correct the mistakes he is responsible for.My mother paid many thousands of dollars to do this complete ** remodel, and we just expect him to do the job properly. Only this time, he needs to do it again properly and pull the necessary permits (so EVERYTHING is inspected). It just makes sense that he install a new Condenser and provide us with all of the necessary documentation including photo copies of permits, and new serial number, warranty information, etc. for the new Condenser. This house is since the ** System was done, is going through a major remodeling project and our General Contractor *********************** who we hired after **** was and he can verify all this. His phone number is ************.I am taking care of my mother's affairs up here in ***** area and this home as I mentioned is going through major repairs and is not livable and we feel we are being taken advantage of. I am a 100% disabled OEF/OIF veteran as well. I do not want to have to go to ***************** **** and file complaint against his contractor license, but I will if he doesn't comply. I'm hoping that you can intervene and help rectify this awkward situation. My mother is paying a lot of money to fix this home that she and former husband have had for over 35 years for her family including my three daughter's, my wife and I and we don't need this added stress etc. Please help us.Sincerely,****

  Ac Medic 911 got slammed by hurricane ***, my shop and office took severe damage, as it is still in pieces, I've replaced the Condensing unit with a brand new one and am Waiting on the county for Permit/Inspection. Prior to the Hurricane the county was months behind, so obviously it's worse now, I can't make the county move any faster, I've kept constant communication with **** the general Contractor.
