On 7/10/23 I hired the company to power wash, stain and seal an existing gazebo and brand new fence I agreed to pay $2890 for the work which includes labor and materials On 7/11 I provided the color of the stain to be used and stated that a solid stain should be used on the gazebo and semi transparent on the fence On 7/11 around 7:45 the contractors started On 7/11 around 10:30 I visited the project to find out that the contractor had stained my fence 3 different colors, none of which was the color that i chose I immediately stopped the project and called ***** On 7/11 around 7 pm ***** came to my house to see what happened and stated that he would remove the current wrong stain and have it done with the correct stain Instead of removing the wrong stain they tried to cover it up Unfortunately all of the attempts to fix the issue only made it worse I finally told them to stop trying to cover up the problem and that i wanted to have them remove all of the stain and bring the fence back to the like new condition so that it can be stained with a semi transparent stain Everyone time I tried to get issues resolved ***** referred me to the person that actually did the work I spoke to person that did the work and he told me that it would cost too much money and take too much time to remove existing stains and ************************* has been made aware of his painters position and has not responded to my most recent emails
