Greatest HVAC vendor. When I call, they are always there and get here fast. They send professionals to inspect my unit and resolve the air conditioning problem because my child and I require cold air on hot summer days.I have frequently hired Hales AC Service because they have constantly provided excellent service.

Over the weekend, things got a little hotter. I'm very glad I found Hales AC Service because they responded on Friday in less than two hours. ******* turned the temperature down after realizing there was a speed issue. He also demonstrated how to use the new one for me.

I had to call Hales AC Service this morning since my air conditioner had stopped working. They dispatched someone almost immediately by the name of *******, who proved to be quite knowledgeable and helpful in solving the issue. I would highly suggest this company because of their honesty, trustworthiness, and affordable costs.

I was quite pleased with Handy Air's service when I previously utilized them. I recently had them out once more for a tune-up and cleaning of my air ducts. Once more, they performed admirably and provided excellent customer **********************. They satisfied me, and I would suggest them to others.

Excellent heating and air conditioning provider. When I call, they are always there and promptly show up. Since I have a toddler and we require cold air on hot summer days, the owner personally came to my condo to solve the a/c problem.I have frequently used Handy Air, and each time they have provided excellent service.

I had a great experience with this company. They were reliable, efficient, reasonably priced, and responsive. When I had an air conditioning problem at night, they showed up promptly and finished the repair the next day. They were even able to complete a complicated repair that other companies had turned down. After the repair was completed, they followed up with me a few days later to ensure that everything was still working well.

Hales AC did a great job installing my new HVAC system, I spoke to 3 other companies and choose Hales AC because of their guarantees and I felt comfortable with them. It was the right decision and I encourage everyone to give them a shot. Thank you!

This company has shady marketing tactics. They send cold texts that refer to following up on your annual AC tune up. They make it sound like you have a contract with them already in order to get you on a scheduled sales call. Boycott this business for these shady practices.

This company is predatory, dishonest and STEALS MONEY from people. This all began in October when our ** was not not cooling. Someone came, told us we had a leak but could not be found anywhere so it must be pin hole and then charged me over $2,000 for Freon. The very next day, the ** was not working again and all of the Freon was out of the system. A new tech came out and found a massive leak within 1 minute of arriving. Mind you, I am pregnant and having a massive Freon leak inside my home is not only dangerous to myself and my husband, but could cause severe birth defects or even death to my unborn child. They didnt care. Fast forward a few weeks when they arrive for our annual unit maintenance (mind you we have been loyal customers since 2018). They tell us everything is fine but we need to buy UV lights and a bunch of unnecessary items. $1500 later they leave. 3 weeks later, the heater is not working and we were advised by a technician that it was a leak once again, and that the tune up technician did not test the heat - which I paid for. He proceeded to charge us $700 for another leak search and said if the leak was not found, he would refund us the money. Of course, the leak was never found. Instead, yet another technician came out and said the issue all along was the board. After speaking with *******, the manager, he assured me money would be refunded as I continued to pay for services and the problem was never resolved. Well, after another $740 to replace the board, I have no money refunded for all the work that was never done and the leak that was never found. We have ALL CONVERSATIONS ON AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING and will provide those to you upon request. In the recordings, you can clearly hear technicians providing us with information and guarantees that were then taken back when it came time to collect more money. As a military family, it is absolutely disgusting to know this company has stolen over $4,000 from us in a matter of 2 months.
