      I called them the bees were first entering my walls Monday 9/4/21. The technician told me he will spray and then seal them in since they just came they should die in a few days give it by Wednesday 9/6/21. I called them and advised them that the whole was not completely sealed and the individual that answered said they will come Wednesday, and no one came. The bees are active and I paid this company to get rid of the bees problem. I called them Thursday 9/7/21 asking when are they coming and I was lied to. They said they came to my home and attempt to seal the whole but it began to rain and that they left a door tag. This was all lies because I was outside during that day working on my driveway and I also have cameras that didn't see any of their technicians on my property. I told them I will be forced to stop payment for services not rendered causing for my situation to become worsen by their unethical ways of doing business and negligence. A elderly lives in the property also.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/08) */ The client was advised that any additional visits within 30 days would be free of charge, as most times multiple visits are required before the problem is alleviated. As of 10/8/2021 there have been a few visits and the client has not yet been charged anything for the services. The client was told to contact the office if the problem persists and we will be more than happy to continue to visit the property. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/10/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Because of their negligence my situation has became worse. They did not do their job correctly which cause the bees to get into my attic. If they had put the pesticides before sealing the entry the bees would not be in my attic and walls now. The owner is rude hangs up the phone on me when I ask for the technician to come. The purpose let days even weeks go by in order to make things worse. I paid for them to eradicate the bees not for a thirty days plan. I will be seeking legal action due to their negligence in doing the job correctly from the very first day. The owner contacted me to try to make me change my complaint, that is unethical. If they cannot fulfill their part I want a full refund so that I can hire someone to do the task right Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2021/10/22) */ ***Document Attached*** This is proof that I had to hire another company to do the job that Allstar did not do the right way. I have bees that should have been eradicated since 10/04/2021 Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2021/10/26) */ ***Document Attached*** This is more proof that Allstar animal removal did not do their job and basically robbed me of my money. I took pictures of the bees yesterday in my wall. The owner said that I was lying about bees being there and refused to send any technician to my home. They stole my money and I want it back and I will seek to to take them to court for everything. The employees he spoke with who answer the phones are specifically instructed to immediately disconnect a call when a client or other person becomes vulgar and threatening. This happened between five and fifteen times EVERY DAY. The specialist confirmed on the last two visits that there were no bees. The client tried to claim that the bees came out only at night, which is scientifically untrue, since European honey bees are DIURNAL. Additionally it is very clear that the photos he attached are of dead bees, due to the glossy and misshapen appearance. The client is still currently under his warranty period if he would like another visit, however we will not tolerate being treated the way he has this far since contacting the company. You are a big liar and a crook I requested for a technician to come and still no one came nor called. I asked for a refund because you did not provide service. This is a shame that Florida allows for crooks like you to operate with all the complaints that stands against you and they all have the similarities of your company's unethical activities. I just want my refund I regret doing any business with you. Of course the bees in the picture are dead something I paid for you to do but did not, instead you choose to take my money and not render services. God will be your judge for your lies and theft.
