They took the money ahead and when they finished the block I installed it in the car and it was blowing coolant into oil ..they did the assembly wrong..so I took it back to them immediately and he said he'll fix it. 4 weeks later he said he won't fix it since it's not warranted work and I can come get my block in pieces. And he refused to refund me any money. So I'm out of **** dollars in labor and **** in parts. He said he doesn't want to provide any warranty on labor therefore he refused to finish the job and he just collected the money.Business response

Thanks for your concern. ***** was a customer at ******************************************* **** He picked up his Engine on March 18th, 2022 for the total of $1893.00 for labor. He was not sold any parts from this business. ***** came into Godwin Singer *** 8 months later, and complained of water in the oil. This customer is trying to get too much horsepower out of a 4 cylinder engine. None of the parts provided by the customer come with any warrenty. Customer was told it would be looked at to see what the issue was. Customer became very demanding and impatient. He was also threating the employees when he came into the business. He ultimately had to be removed by the police and was given a trespass warrant.
