Wishing to attend the August 3 2022 Rays game. On 07/22/2022 I went to the *** site to purchase 4 tickets. After the transaction, I never received an e-mail conformation and the tickets were not on the Ballpark app. It appeared the purchase never went through. On 07/23/2022 I went online again and purchased 4 tickets. I received an e-mail conformation and the tickets were in the Ballpark app for $73.30. Several days later my credit card was charged $93.30 and $73.30. I have contacted the Rays several times about the $93.30 charge for tickets I never received. I would like a refund of the $93.30 for the ticked I never received. Thank You *****************************Business response
