Worst place ever Disrespectful and racial slurs ******************* is a bad man. The white wife just sat there. And she didn't do anything to deactivate the situation. So so he probably treats her like that as well. Worse than the customers.She probably gets treated worse than the customers by him. Tax on the food stamp card. I'm working with the office to get that figured out, send. Scan me out of lottery winnings we'll never come back ever again. Store smell like rotten fish. Heard the owner yell at other people and tell them to get out.

This is a very sad disturbed man, he may be angry he spent so much time in prison, he is just trying to make everyone as miserable as he is.
We really see him soba so he is not seeing things clearly, there is no problem with my wife and myself and every customer can testify to that, she does ignore ignorance, so that must bother him.
As far as food stamps, he has asked to sell his to us for half the amount , he said he gets to much food stamps and needs the money for beer and cigarettes. We dont charge tax on food, only the items that are taxable.
He is just tormenting the neighborhood, sets dumpsters on fire, constantly calls the police on everyone in the neighborhood, walks around the neighborhood stoned and bothers everyonewe have caught him stealing from us and then tries to return and exchange for what he really wants but couldnt reach to just take.
we have had him trust passed from our store, he is not winning and that is why he has put up this complaint

Horrible, wanted to rent a van had reserved through u haul web site, was caused and basically at gun point by the owner, bad cursing at me etc. horrible and very dangerous place to go to, never again, this business need to be stoppedEasy Stop Beverage Response

The customer came in, they are from another country and I could not understand them. They said they had a reservation, which was made late in the day after the uHaul person left for the day. I do not know how to do the rentals and they did not want me to call the lady for her to do it on the phone. They were telling me they want their truck right now, which was something that could not be done. They started to get angry and demanding service right now. We have it set up that if the rental person is not on site, the customer can do their own rental on the phone via the U Haul app. The key for the truck is outside so it can be done 24 hours a day, When he got heated, I told him to leave my store and he still insisted on getting the truck from me right now, I firmly told him to leave. We have cameras recording everything that goes on in the store, so anyone is welcome to come and view the video to see I did not act the way your complainer stated.Customer Response

First of all, you are not that person because that person would not speak English that well, I AM THE PERSON and as you can see i am well educated in English language, your employee or yor family member knows how to say *** or *** very well, yes please show the video from the very beginning where he told me "no truck for you get the ***** out" please i want to see it???!Easy Stop Beverage Response

My be he speaking English when he comes to my store I don't understand what he says be he starts deferent language which I don't understand
