I got a letter in the mail from these people after the formation of my LLC, *******'s ***************** The letter seemed like a real charge for a real service, so I paid it, thinking it was needed to make my business a legally standing one. But this is obviously not the case. These people prey on those who don't know any better, and then have the audacity to try to blame the victims. I only paid $133.50, but they also try to get another $75 or so out of the people who fall for this unfortunate scam. Even if it is a real service, I paid for the "service" under false pretenses, and I do not WANT this "service", so I want my money back.They claim you can go to their website and request a refund, but you have to input a "company code" on the website, which they never give you. They provide NO point of contact (email, website, phone number, NOTHING.)I am currently disputing the charge with my bank, but I would rather this get fixed sooner than later. I called their number *************, which is NOT on the document, I only know it because it was listed as their number in my transaction history) multiple times and no one ever answered. Then I left a message, and still have not heard back from them.
