      Paid 19 September 2023 for father's headstone for burial Promised date of 4 months (January 2024) for headstone As as of 25 June 2025 still has not received headstone 8 months later. Manager refused to pay refund.Have called over 20 times and went to their office 3 times and just constantly get lied to . Always and excuse , Very rude and unprofessional , Should not be allowed to operate any business.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Royal palm South was paid in full for my father's headstone 19 September 2023.

      I was told  by Royal Palm employee *********************** be would be 4 months.

      They have lied continually and not produce my headstone,

       Last month  I request the police to help get **** and Von  at the Royal Palm South  to give me refund or headstone , They refused to refund my payment.

      At one point Von told me  15 May 2024 that the headstone was on a truck from **** and it would be here in 14 days.

      I still do not have a refund or my headstone !

      They are aware that we had to cancel family gathering due to their lack of empathy and care in producing the headstone.

      No one should have to go through this , Especially in this type of business dealing with love ones lost of life,

      Purchased a headstone on April 5, 2023, in the amount of $3,130. It is now October 6,2023, and the headstone isnt even in production.

      Good Morning,

      While the marker was purchased on April 5th, 2023, there was a revision submitted in May of 2023 to have the border of the marker changed. By the time that Royal Palm Cemetery South received the corrected proof and had the signed copy sent to the manufacturer for production, it was May 30th, 2023. Any extensions in the standard length of production for all bronze markers have been due to supply issues and broken equipment issues with the manufacturer, which have since been resolved. The marker has been in production and is currently slated to be shipped to Royal Palm Cemetery South by the end of October to early November 2023.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The design was never changed by us, the cemetery created the wrong design. Once we received the proof it wasnt what was paid for. We received the proof on 5/19/23, and rejected it the same day, and from my understanding it wasnt resubmitted until 5/30/23. Nevertheless, it is October 25th, and nothing is produced and no movement was made until we complained.

      Good Morning,

      The marker has been completed. Royal Palm Cemetery received a notification, from the bronze manufacturer, that the marker has been shipped on 10/31/2023. The shipping process usually takes about a week to a week and a half for the marker to be delivered to the location.

      On March 31, 2022, myself and my family visited the Royal Palm South Cemetery (Dba Faithful Heritage ************** for the purpose to purchase a burial site **************** and ******************** and my family chose a burial site at this location upon choosing the burial site I overheard ******************** inform **************** regarding the family to purchase an empty space. **************** afforded us the opportunity to purchase the open space for my stepfather (********************************). On April 24, 2022, I went into the business and spoke with ******************** regarding cancellation of the space for my stepfather due to his biological family members was not in agreement. At this time, ******************** informed me that **************** was on the property, and she called him on the phone with speaker on and I and *************************** **************** say, "I have already submitted the paperwork and there's nothing else that ****************** needs to complete, and she will receive her refund in her mail." According to "Cemetery Purchase Agreement" stated that "Unless this agreement has been made irrevocable. It may be cancelled. If the agreement is cancelled within 30 days, Purchaser shall receive a refund of 100% of funds paid, less funds paid for delivered items. After 30 days, Purchaser shall receive a refund of 100% of funds paid for undeliverable merchandise, undelivered services, and undeliverable cash advanced items. Funds paid for interment rights, other fees, and Service Charge are non-refundable. (Faithful Heritage Holdings, 2022, p.3).if I had been taken care of because you cancelled the agreement well before the 30 days and I will submit the information to my boss who is currently visiting South ******** to a conference and I will make sure you receive your refund and I am sorry just give me to the end of the week and I will call you."On August 23, 2022 I called **************** via telephone ************** spoke with him regarding this issue and he informed me that once again he will be taking care of it.
